“I wonder how different the Super Bowl would have looked if the Rams had a healthy Gurley and Cooper Kupp.”

Oh, Cris.
I wonder how our SB losses would’ve looked with a healthy Gronk and good officiating.

Njoku is out with a broken wrist isn’t he?
Yeah, he is now, but I wasn't really talking about tonight. I've noticed it through their first 2 games too. Landry is a fantastic receiver who gets open a lot, and Baker is just holding, and holding waiting for OBJ to come free or go deep. Same with Chubb. If he'd just take the easy throws to guys underneath, they'd keep way more drives alive than they have to this point in the season.

Now, I'm not sure if that's a function of trying to keep OBJ from losing his shit, or if Baker just wants to go for the home run ball all the time, but it's pretty much the opposite of how guys like Brady and Rodgers and Brees play the position.

Despite spending a billion dollars on all of these ads, none of these Apple shows look interesting based on the one sentence you get regarding each of them

The Land of Fist Pumps
Collinsworth is insufferable with the number of times he references pregame conversations with a coach or player. Everyone who breaks bread with Cris is the greatest.

3rd and 4, and Cleveland doesn't have a single receiver running a route within 12 yards of the LOS. They're all going deep, like it's a Hail Mary situation.

The narrator for the Buffalo Wild Wings commercials is a friend of mine. Every time I hear it, I'm shocked.

Gerald Everett might have the least awareness of how slow he is, of any receiver in the NFL. Dude tries to make plays like he's Barry Sanders when he catches the ball, but he's about as fast as Colonel Sanders.

If Kupp was such a big loss, Cris, why are the Rams still struggling to score with him back?

No kidding? I've watched some of his youtube videos.

Yeah, he's a local guy. I've known him and his family for years. He used to do these bits around the golf course where he made up horse names, and would announce an entire fictional horse race off the cuff. It was hysterical and we used to tell him he needed to figure out a way to monetize it, and well, he eventually did. He's become a pseudo-celebrity too. Lived with Saquon for a few months and went to the ESPY's with him, plays golf with Mickelson and Koepka regularly, hangs out with Mike Trout....

These are both supposedly good teams right?

Goff looks like Jeff Healey from Roadhouse. Through his helmet that is.

It's been good football Cris?

The Rams have 6 carries for 11 yards.

Baker is 9 of 18 for 88 yards.

Cris is so mad we won last year. The one play to Gronk was not the difference. Neither was Cupp being out.

People can call McVeigh a genius til they're blue in the face, but Todd Gurley having 5 touches in a half in a 3-3 game is unconscionable. Yeah, they're resting him, keeping him healthy, pitch count, yada, yada...Give the fucking guy a lead blocker and watch him pound away for like 8 yards a carry. Nope, going to sling it around like he's got Dan Marino out there, not Jared Goff.

The Browns' entire starting secondary is out and the boy genius can't dial up a single TD in a half of football. Not running enough isn't the problem.

Looks like he figured it out at halftime.
