Going 0-2 heading into Baltimore and GB would be super not great. Gotta grab this game lest they rocket to a 1-3 or 0-4 start.

Got invited by someone to premium seat watch party at Gillette for this game. Should I go? How’s the food?
After the Dolphins' home opener, the Pats get the Steelers' home opener, and the Steelers are coming off a good win on the road against the defending AFC champs.
Does any of that matter? I doubt it.
That said, I have zero confidence predicting this either way. I think the Steelers should be favored, but it will be a one-score game decided in the 4th quarter.

Am I crazy? We should win this game. I know they beat the Bengals and all but Burrow threw a hundred picks and, we’ll, it’s Mitch Trubisky! We should beat that guy.
Just don't kill yourself with turnovers and have a C+ day in the OL and the Pats can grab this one 16-10 or something. I have zero faith in Trubisky.
Josh Bledsoe didn't travel with the team so he's out tomorrow. The other 5 questionable guys traveled so that's a good sign for their availability tomorrow.

Zappe, Hines, and Roberts seem like weekly inactives unless there's an injury. Bledsoe is already out. Wade was inactive last week and hurt so I'll go with him. DaMarcus Mitchell is my other guy. He played 0 snaps on defense and only 7 snaps on ST. It was either him or Carl Davis.

Not sure what Vegas sees in NE, slight favorite on a neutral field vs MIA and 2.5 favorite vs PIT in home opener?
Not Watt helps but PIT still has a better D than MIA albeit a much worse offense. I think the under is the best bet in this game. Winner will be whoever turns the ball over less. Guessing 20-16 PIT.

I say go. I mean, unless you have a good reason not to. Like, people regret the things they didn’t do more than what they did yadda yadda and all that crap. So they’re traffic on the way put; queue up a good podcast.

Bill Belichick record against the Steelers? Won 11 of 14 games against the Steelers and seven of nine against Tomlin. Must be some of that, although I wouldn't personally hang my hat at all on prior performances. I think the 11 of 14 is all as Belichick coaching the Patriots (no Browns).

The Pats weren’t as bad last week as the final score suggested, and the Steelers have Trubisky at QB. That’s probably where Vegas is coming from.
I’m getting on a BOS-SFO flight today at 3:30. Since United sucks ass I don’t believe they have live TV as an option.

The WiFi on United is pretty weak and usually doesn’t support streaming.
wifi for streaming has sucked for me but audio has worked. I was able to listen to Celtics/Heat playoffs flying to Europe.
Like to see a solid ground game, some play action, some more creativity from the offense- maybe screen/gadget play. Most importantly, I’d like to see a big fat W.
