Why would they run 10 seconds off the clock if the pass had been ruled incomplete though?Runoff rule doesn’t apply if the call on the field stands.
Yeah, either way it would have been ok. Runoff is only on a reversal that winds the clock I am pretty sure. Why would they run 10 seconds off the clock if the pass had been ruled incomplete though?
"illegal snap" on a field goal against Dallas disagreesWFT NEVERS wins these games. Heinicke legend.
Wouldn’t have applied in the event of a reversal there, either, since the play itself would’ve resulted in a stopped clock. If, say, they called that catch incomplete on the field and overturned it on review, then the runoff would’ve applied. Why would they run 10 seconds off the clock if the pass had been ruled incomplete though?
Ball is right there in front of him.Did that nose tackle really think he was going to make any impact on that kick's trajectory?
Heineckie: You ARE gonna pay a lot for this quarterback!Heinekens 4.0 on the house!
If John Mara keeps browbeating Goodell into lengthening the regular season? Maybe! Will New York lose 30 regular season football games this year?
They were always my “second team”. Mom was from Delaware and liked them. Growing up in North Carolina in the 80s they were THE team there - tons of WFT fans there still (including Dale Jr). I even went to a couple of their summer camps. As a closeted WFT fan, I approve of this result.
Yeah hard not to like the WFT players and coaches. That’s the boat I’m in. Love their front 7. Big Gibson fan, loved McLaurin (he was one of the guys I was hoping the Pats took). I am surprised that they gave up as many points and yards to the Giants but the Giants pass protection held up on a ton of 3rd downs and Jones made plays. Really entertaining game.Love the drama. Fuck you Giants. I mean, fuck the cesspool WFT organization too, but I like the team.
