I like this idea! The "Trubisky" standard. He has enough control there. If Trubisky throws this it stands as a pick no questions asked.
If the game thread is divided, there’s an argument they should stick with the call on the field. (Though I do think he used the ground to control the ball; in an imaginary world where the ground is there for the body but not the ball, the ball absolutely slips into the void.)It was called a pick on the field, there's no way it's enough to overturn. Complete and utter bullshit.
Agreed. It was called a pick on the field, there's no way it's enough to overturn. Complete and utter bullshit.
This is what I saw. The ball was in his clutch the whole time and the ground wasn’t used to secure it.He had it with his left hand and even though the ball touched the ground, I didn’t see it move. The explanation was lacking. Think they missed that one.
And the explanation (“didn’t complete the catch”) was so lame. They owed everyone a better explanation if they’re going to overturn an INT.This is what I saw. The ball was in his clutch the whole time and the ground wasn’t used to secure it.
That’s what Sherman said in the pregame."... the premier cornerback in the NFL ..."???
Yeah, thought that was a bit much as well."... the premier cornerback in the NFL ..."???
Kirk Herbstreit? I think he's really good. He's been the big voice in college football for 10+ years or so on ABC/ESPN. I'm sure he's still feeling it out a bit, to be fair. I think he has a limited number of NFL games under his belt.Who is this very vanilla color guy with Michael’s?
That looked like DPI BTW
Wait, what? How do I do this?you guys watching the live All-22 feed?
bottom of the screen on Prime there is a down-arrow that says broadcasts... choose Prime-vision with next-gen stats feedWait, what? How do I do this?
I think I like Herbstreit better than anyone else who gets paid big bucks to talk about football on TV. Romo is a close second. (I like Strahan too, but I don’t think you can compare studio-only guys to guys who call games.)Kirk Herbstreit? I think he's really good.
