Probably others I'd take too, but this is a good start. Lamar Jackson can run, but he's a terrible passer the past two years -- with the raven's passing offense ranking in the bottom third. Jackson last year threw a pick for roughly every 30 pass attempts (good for second worst in the league in terms of interception rates).

Wasn’t he fired after a few losing seasons after Mayfield left? I can’t say he’s been a college success.
