Jets @ Bills tonight, someone is gonna be 0-2. My head tells me I would rather the Jets be 0-2, my heart tells me I would rather Rex be 0-2.

Oh and COLOR RUSH!!!111!!1

where I was last at
Jets D, particularly the non-Island D, looks very good.

with Watson hurting, Revis may be saved a torching on national TV.

i'd be surprised if a Rex team puts up enough points to beat that D.

Line now at Jets at -1 o/u 40 1/2

Jets 20-10

One thing to keep in mind is that Fitz is 1-7 all time vs. Rex, but I agree with you that the Jets likely win tonight, and likely by a similar score to what you have

You have to root for Sexy Rexy tonight. The Bills are no threat to us. The Jets are a tough squad that will give us problems.

I agree but the thought of him being 0-2 with the whole "playoffs or bust" slogan is very rich

Edit: they host Arizona week 3 and travel to NE week 4, they could legit start 0-4! (which basically reinforces your point that they aren't a huge threat compared to the NYJ)

Not all rooting is strategic. I've seen people in other threads talk about wanting the MFYs to win - how does anyone on this board (non Abbey/Wingack division) do that?

To my mind, this is the biggest downside of Rexy moving to Buffalo - I really want both teams to lose. But if push comes to shove, I got a pretty good chuckle out of the idea of the Rex and Rob Guaranteed Winners club trying to explain 0-4. Rex's post-game interviews are already must-watch events...

Jets are a threat the way Cincinnati is - good team, but not so good that they can't be handled in the playoffs...it's hard to build up a Rex (or Harbaugh/Ravens, or Denver) level hate-on for them, at least for me

Assuming you aren't a Jets fan, how can you not root for Buffalo? The city has been in decline since the Erie Canal closed, the team isn't a threat this year, and most importantly, THEY AREN'T THE FUCKING JETS!!

I like the Bills to win this one. People always place too much stock in Week 1 results -- the Bills aren't as bad as they looked in Baltimore, and the Jets aren't as good as they looked for most of the game against the Bengals.

Check out Jets schedule if they start 0-2...

@ KC, vs. Seattle. Wow. The Pats may well have like a 2 or 3 game lead over everyone in the division by the time Brady gets back.
Scan further: @KC, Sea, @Pitt, @AZ.

They'd be underdogs in all 4 games and still have to play NE twice.

Oh man the Jets must really be hoping that four yard pass play stands, no way they could pull of that play again.

Basically three fumbles in one drive. Woooooooo
...and on the other side, a double Ryan defense that could never get off the field on third down, or recover any of the loose balls.

A clinic in suckitude, this game thus far---all it was missing was a shanked field goal

Getting torched by AJ Green is one thing, Marquise Goodwin on the other hand. Is Butler vs Revis a real conversation?

Yeah Phil you don't want to second guess the quarterback when he ignores the uncovered guy in the flat.
