Bullshit that this one was called back but Rodgers' rushing TD was not.

I'm not rooting for the dirtiest team in the NFL but that's fucking awful.

Is Harbaugh about to be the highest paid public employee in the country?
Probably. Head of the TVA gets about $6 million/year, I think that's the highest non-coach figure currently.

There aren't that many truly good nfl coaches. Harbaugh was one of them. Getting rid of him is inexplicable.

I don't know that the Niners FO would have fired him, but the bridges had been burned.  And Michigan made him a great offer (being able to do so, as opposed to another NFL team).

Wonder if anyone will call out Denver throwing the ball up 30 with 2 minutes left.

You know Suh has a reputation of being a dirty player.  You know that play was dirty.  Stop with the passive aggressive homerism crap and move along.

And 76 just hit Stafford below the knee, where's the indignation and penalty?

Suh's dirtiness aside, the overturned 2pt conversion is BS and hosed the Lions. The replay clearly showed the ball across especially when compared to Rodgers' play.

Or no , sorry if I don't want to go a long with joe buck outrage . It was borderline if anything , and had nothing to do with the Bell call

The irrefutable visual evidence standard on replays seems to have lost its real meaning the last 2 NFL seasons.

It has nothing to do any Joe Buck outrage. This is not borderline. This is the play of the dirtiest player in the league. He plays for your team. Like Dominic Raiola, they get no benefit of any doubt.

Tough shit if you don't like it.

Is Michigan a public University?  Seriously do not know.
Yes. University of Statename is almost (but not quite) always a public university, with the University of Pennsylvania being the most notable exception. Statename State University (e.g. Michigan State University) is, I believe, always a public university.

Usually if they have both, the University of Statename is the flagship public academic program for the state (University of California is better than the Cal State system academically, University of Georgia is better than Georgia State, etc).

The amazing thing about this is that if I was no 69 for Green Bay and you did that to my QB I would have cold cocked Suh.

Whatever dude he's still engaged with the O - lineman with his back to the Qb . You want to think that was his master plan to get Rodgers , awesome . I was discussing the shitty call on bell when you reds had to bring this back up.

Penn St is only 'state related' so it receives some funding but is not under state control. The state schools of PA are different. Guess moral of the story is Penn is a weird state.

He's no commie! The Lions are the dirtiest team in the league and that is saying something...If it was a Patriot doing that, you would be the first guy with the rope, ready for the hanging...

The only replay of the Bell play that really mattered was the angle from the goal line, which pretty much showed his butt on the ground, and the ball tucked into his body short of the line.  Fox only showed that replay once, and none of the guys in the booth said anything about it, but it was pretty clear.  Every other replay I saw, I thought he was in... but that one angle was the most definite that he did not make it.

No, you aren't and no he clearly was not engaged with the OL.  Nobody said he had any plan.  We are reacting to the same bullshit dirtiness that Suh has displayed since he came into the league.  It was dirty.  It was not borderline.

Bell was in the end zone.  Be outraged at that.  Read the game thread, we all agree he was in just like we all (except the Detroit homer) think that was a dirty play.

Seemed weak to me since the standard is usually pretty high to overturn a call in the field , but ultimately it didn't mean anything. Bring on Dallas

Since when does the ball have to cross the goalline? I thought as long as you were close and tried hard it counts.

Uh why don't you go back and read the game thread I was lamenting on the Bell call when Reds linked it with suh .

Looks like the players do love him.

U. of State is always public, with the exception of Pennsylvania, I believe.

Harbaugh almost opened up all the way about leaving. Tight lipped guy as he is, that's about it. Now they're saying Harbaugh told his players that today was it, but an offer may be forthwith from an NFL team and he'll weigh it along with Michigan.

University of Delaware's privately chartered, though it gets public land/sea/etc grant money.

Oh Tomlin, I'm sure your mom worked hard at the shipyard, but they had days off.
