2. Den 10-3
3. Ind 9-4
4. Cin 8-4-1
5. Pit 8-5
6. SD 8-5
7. Bal 8-5
8. Hou 7-6
9. Mia 7-6
10. KC 7-6
11. Buf 7-6
12. Cle 7-6

NFC

Holy crap, an actually-good matchup on Thursday Night Football!

Could be more entertaining than any previous edition of TNF since the Buttfumble game.

NFL owners and executives were given the projected cap for 2015 today: $138.6 million.

The NFL's projected 2015 salary cap of $138.6 million would be -- and it's not final yet -- an increase of $5.6 million over the 2014

Important to remember too that at this league meeting last year, the cap was projected at $126.3 million. Wound up being $133 million.

So NYC gets the TMQ proverbial Hell's Sports Bar: Washington - NYG early, Jets - Tennessee late.  OK, plus SF-SEA, but still... that's two absolute howlers.  Oof.

That's two shitty NY teams.  It's a beautiful thing.

That really is some high quality hell right there. It's weekend's like this where having the DirectTV Sunday ticket online really helps out. Plus, Red Zone. Those NY games aren't even worth having on a side TV that is your 4th screen.

I don't know why Minnesota is getting Pats/Phins, but I'm pretty pumped about it!

EDIT: maybe it's because of me.  I'll go with that.

For the record, NumberFire thinks it's a shitty matchup.

Go f*ck yourself
I'm seeing more incompetence on offense than really good defense. I am so thankful the Pats have had a competent QB for so long. Tonight's game is how the other half lives.

Lindley has played on and off for them over the past couple of years with little success.

LOL @ the promo for next week's TNF game.  Tenn @ Jax?  They should hype it as a battle for the #1 pick.

They may be better off just running the wildcat or something. Maybe the option. Same applied with Stanton, as well.

The rule that you're only permitted to challenge at certain times is really stupid. You only get two. If you want to use one when the booth also looking at it, but ho cares? If the booth doesn't want one but you do, fine. If I'm the Rams I want them to use one. They'd be out.

This is what happens when two of the league's best defenses play two of the league's worst offenses.

Hey Simms, he wasn't calling timeout because of the blitz (which wasn't one, they only rushed four), he was calling it because the play clock almost ran out.  Dolt.
