Calling that illegal formation even after the receiver stepped up and erasing a TD and then not calling that DPI was bad.

Terry rightfully lighting up the officials in the postgame on both the illegal formation and the no call dpi. That was some bullshit.

They twice reviewed out of bounds plays to make sure elbows and butt cheeks were all in the right spot and the time on the clock was exactly precise, but you can’t review PI on the final play of the game.

The replies to this tweet are as predictable as the sun rising. Given how horrific nfl officials have been this year
Through a wild Thursday, Saturday and Sunday of @NFL action, 12 of 15 games were decided by one score and all 15 games were decided by 11 points or fewer.

Both those marks are tied for the most in a single week in NFL history ... entering Monday night.
Question: Lets talk about the Terry McLaurin play, was that indeed illegal formation and what did you see? It appeared that he had pointed to the official, is he obligated to tell Terry that he's at the line or not?
Hussey: "Well, I didn't see any of that, because I'm in the backfield. What I was told and what has been confirmed is that the ball was snapped at the half-yard line, and he was lined up a yard back at the one-and-a-half-yard line. In order to be deemed legal he needs to break the belt line, the waist of the center, and he was not breaking the waistline of the center. That's why the penalty was called, because he was not in a legal formation."
Question: When a player does point to the official like that, does the official have to say whether he's at the line or not?
Hussey: "Not typically, and the official could be doing other things, like counting the offense - there's a multitude of different duties. So, I can't confirm whether the official even saw that or not, but he was clearly off the line of scrimmage."
Question: On the fourth down play, it looked like defensive pass interference against Washington wide receiver Curtis Samuel, but nothing was called. Are you able to explain what was seen there?
Hussey: "Pass interference is a judgment call. To the officials it didn't rise to what they felt was a restriction, thus they didn't call it. That's basically the bottom line there. It's a judgment call and they didn't believe it was pass interference."

Peyton on an end of half possession by GB: ‘just don’t lateral it back to Aaron here.’
LOL, I mean, the Pats deserve every bit of ridicule they'll ever receive for that. 100%.

But Peyton at least should keep in the back of his mind the fact that BB has six Lombardis. But with Peyton, it's all fun and games out there I guess.

Him and his brother torturing Simmons during the Patriots/Cardinals game over the two Giants Super Bowl wins was one Hell of a troll job.

Peyton never misses a chance to ride the Patriots, which is odd considering he was 3-1 vs them in the AFCCG, I guess that one loss really stuck in his craw, the NFL changed the DPI rules after that one loss, so I don't get his angst.

Christ another lateral on an INT return. You think these guys would have learned after what happened yesterday

Rodgers looking to pad his stats by throwing for a second TD in a pointless game that was already over defines the man.

I think he has Watson in his Fantasy League.

Really, I was up by 5 points and cringed seeing that last throw to Watson (playing vs me)

And I know nobody cares about my Fantasy Football team but it’s a bit rekevant to that final drive by the Packers.
