Week 15 kicks off tonight with 2 teams it's oh so delicious to see having terrible seasons - the Broncos vs. the Colts. Should be enjoyably ugly.

I'll probably ask my wife if there is anything I can do around the house or if she would like to go shopping and I can carry all her bags.

If they're plastic, send one my way?

Again, no idea how to bet. I guess the under at 40.5.

One the one hand I want to root for Jacoby, on the other I want Denver to win and thus further shittify their draft position.

Either way, no way in hell I'm actually watching.

Something something concussions something something player safety.
OK, let me rephrase: why would having only one set of helmets per season help with concussions or player safety? Wouldn't having multiple sets of helmets give you, I dunno, spares in the event that some might get damaged? (I'm not trying to be snarky - I just don't get this.)

http://lmgtfy.com/?q=nfl+single+helmet+rule

In 2013, the league, based on the advice of its Head, Neck and Spine Committee and Player Safety Advisory Panel, passed a rule that prohibited teams from using more than one helmet in a given season. Those committees found that a broken-in helmet was far safer than one fresh out of the box.

Who's paying Osweiler at this point? Was he cut or is he still on that huge contract?
He was cut and signed by Denver. He's making $775K from Denver and is a free agent next year per Spotrac. Looks like he was paid $15-16M this year by Cleveland.

Both. The Browns took the contract for the 2nd round pick, but then cut him so Denver got him cheap.

Elway did offer him 4/64 the previous offseason before he signed for a bit more with the Texans.

Edit: covered above

Game 2 has potential to be a good one. Battle for first place and 2 good offenses. I hope we see some points.

Sweet, I forgot about Saturday NFL. Haven't watched too much more than just Pats games this year but think I'll take in the late game tonight.

Uniform imbalance in the Bears - Lions game. Bears look like every uniform I’ve ever seen them in; Lions are gray, form fitting what, soft cotton? I’m not fabric aware.
