There's really no reason, no reason at all, to watch this game.  I know the outcome: an easy GB victory.

Uh, week 1 of fantasy football playoffs?

GB has 4 posesssions = 3 TD & 1 FG   what do you want? They go for 2 pts on each TD ?
It was only 17 - 7 halfway through the second quarter and Atlanta had the ball, up until the int. That wasn't bad for a less than average team at Green Bay. Now, it's out of hand.

Sooo... They'd almost covered a 2 TD spread after 20 minutes. I mean, you know they start at 0-0, right?

I expected a blowout. 17 - 7 halfway through 2Q with the dog having the ball wasn't that bad. I mean the Rams were up 35 - 0 in the second quarter last week. The Rams!

How do you take 35 seconds off a running clock there?  For that matter, how do the  Falcons have 3 timeouts and the Packers none?  And if you were going to take 35 seconds, why not a timeout?

Clock sort of irrelevant to the Falcons.  With their defense they can't kick off to the Packers anyway.

They might not be in the playoffs if they gag this away

Um, I wouldn't hold your breath on that one.

Mind-boggling to me that it's considered innovative for GB's HC to have the team practice outside in the freakin' cold so they can get used to handling the ball in those conditions. Frozen tundra mystique FTL.

Mike MCCarthy might just be dumb enough to run something super safe on the ground on 2nd and give ATL a real shot at a stop.

Bootleg was a pretty nifty call.

Give me GB over Seattle. The Pats can take them on a neutral field and I don't think their defense will have the same performance as last week.

Eh.  The Pats and Packers are the best two teams in the NFL this year, it would be fitting for them to match up in the Super Bowl.

That said, it's pretty rare for both #1 seeds to meet in the Super Bowl.  Happened last year and in '09 (Colts/Saints), but it's generally sorta rare.

That end game from both teams made my eyes bleed from the indefensible position to kick a 53 yard field goal up by ten points with four minutes left to Atlantas clock management and kick decision all the way through the decision to run toss plays when three knees end the game.
