I said that after his rookie year - he’s an explosive player and needs to be used more.
I stand by my theory that the “tape” in the computer database was all marked “M Jones” and he just didn’t.
They're 3-10. He should be going for it on pretty much every reasonable 4th down. He's already refused to do that earlier in this game in order to miss a 53 yard FG.
He fucking blows.
No one is open. No one Can block. Mayo has no clue. Avp is being asked to create a meal with dogshit being the main ingredient
It looked like his Dad said 'it's not good playcalling' to which Jonathan said.. 'it's not, it's terrible'
They're doing just fine against the brief and my expectations for what this season should be. I think there's going to be a lot of eating words about Mayo in the next 18 months.
Man, they've played an absolute cupcake of a schedule and are 3-10. How low were your expectations?

If he showed the slightest bit of improvement over the course of the season in terms of his strategic decisions and the execution of the team, I might be slightly optimistic. Instead he's getting worse as the season goes along.
He sucks.
What would Maye look like behind a league average offensive line? Unless Robinson improves, they need 4 new starters. Andrews was not good when he was healthy this year.
They gave Arizona 2 mins to extend their lead, and Arizona gets the ball to start the second half.
Settling for 3 might have has some logic in a vacuum, but on a macro level it's a bad call.
Not sure why we didn’t run down more clock before kicking the field goal. Giving them a free clock stoppage wasn’t smart.
I'm somewhere between the two of these.. but SJH has been consistent about saying Mayo sucks every chance he gets and then some.
I wanted Maye to show us he could be the guy, and I wanted the team to draft in the top 5 again, while the young team and coaching staff develop experience. That's pretty much how it's going to go down.
Polk is the biggest disappointment and there are certainly others, but I expected them to be one of the worst teams in the league, and they are.
No team would go for 4th and 7 there down 10 in FG range. The first one? Sure. This was a no brainer of a kick.
Fuck. They're going to look at this dumpster fire of a team and conclude that AVP is the problem, aren't they?
Again. He keeps making massive strategic mistakes during games. The team hasn't improved as the season has gone along despite getting good QB play. The defense is worse.
I'm waiting for him to go just one game without a massive, faceplaming fuckup. Hasn't happened yet.
Yeah.. it's really hard to be a good team with no OL or WRs.. and even with that they've been fairly competitive in most games.
