I actually don't buy this devoid of talent stuff. The main difference between the Bills and Patriots is at the QB position. Allen elevates all the others players on the offense and the Pats D I think is requirement or better in isolation.

Allen makes plays every drive that Mac could never make. He bails out his OL with his feet, he makes throws easy for his WR. Offense is just so much easier with an elite talent there.
