I cringe every time I see Lookman. It’s always the guys that escape a red that turn a game around.

Also, Minamino is shit.

He looks scared. I am so done with him.
He was a great pressure relief valve for Fulham. I don’t think he made a single forward pass. Klopp must have gotten to him to tel him to stop forcing garbage passes and he responded by losing any killer edge he had.

He made reckless, card-worthy tackles. He drew his markers to the ball. He’s such utter fucking garbage. I never want to see him on the pitch for a match that matters again.

It looks like his team mates are as well. If there's two or three other semi-decent to outright basic passes available to the Liverpool player with the ball and he's pointing his gloved hands into some space where he wants the pass, it rarely goes to him. He doesn't impose himself on the games, not sure if that is not for want of trying cos he looks keen.

Looking ahead to the transfer window Pool needs 1 or 2 CB's and a midfielder.? Do they have the money?

Any thoughts on who they might sell?

They won’t be getting much with Brexit taking effect, as I understand it. A shitty CB with a UK work visa will cost them more in January than Messi would have in December.

I assume we’re going to see a lot more of Nat Phillips.

Had to pause and run errands at half. Another lackluster performance on the road, but only 1 player off injured so...success?

not sure how this team is going to make it to January without a bunch of youth players starting key matches.

California. Duh.
Chris Wood had a free header right in front of goal with no defender near him to give Burnley a lead at Arsenal, and played it wide off his shoulder.

Arsenal are horrendous to watch, I can't even do it anymore. Stupid players and a manager with a stupid plan. As long as Willian is starting every match and strolling around, I'll be following by reading post-game reports so I won't be in a bad mood the rest of the day.

First win in the league for Burnley over Arsenal since 1974, and it gets them out of the relegation zone.

First time Arsenal have lost 4 straight league home games since 1959.

Why was the Elneny yellow card (that should have been red) not a penalty? Something to do with ball not being in play?

Pep Linders was quoted this week extolling the virtues of the Academy and the resident tea leaf readers claimed this was a sign they wouldn’t do any business in January. I think they are probably right. Unless one of their main targets (Upecamano sp? ) becomes available .. which is highly unlikely.
