Pats are 3.5-point underdogs against a banged-up Vikings team. I have a buddy that is a Vikings fan, and he is convinced they lose this game. This is a big game with the Bills on deck.

The Pats are going to have to control Jefferson, but not so much they lose sight of Cook and Mattinson. The Vikings OL has some issues and hopefully the Patriots can exploit that.

I know the Cowboys debacle has the legitimacy of the Vikings in question, but I’m still excited as hell to see how this defense plays against an offense with as much talent as Minnesota. Primetime Cousins meme be damned, I think you have to feel really good about this team against any pocket passing QB if they can shut down the Vikes.

Reminder that Cousins is 52-31 at games starting at 1 pm or earlier and 17-33 in games starting at 4 pm or later.

They should just have Melissa do everything

Yikes, Wynn ruled out. From the Glob:

Left guard Cole Strange, right guard Michael Onwenu, and tackle Trent Brown are the healthy starters on New England’s offensive line. If Andrews cannot play, backup center James Ferentz will once again slide in. If Cajuste cannot play, the Patriots may be in a bit of a bind because backup tackle Marcus Cannon is on injured reserve. Newly signed Conor McDermott and interior lineman Kody Russey are the remaining options on the 53-man roster.
If Mac was in trouble with the line before, this isn't going to get better...

"If Andrews cannot play" doesn't sound nearly as bad as it was looking for him on Sunday. I guess I missed any news about him. Is it not as sinister as it was looking?

A surprising limited participant in practice on Tuesday and Wednesday

Against my better judgement, I took the Pats as 2.5 dogs at MGM, hoping against hope that Mac does minimal damage. I remain a Zappetista-in-waiting. LFG!

#Vikings DT Dalvin Tomlinson, who’s listed as questionable with a calf injury, will be inactive again tonight against the #Patriots, per source. Tomlinson returned to practice this week and is getting close. With 10 days until the next game, they’ll play it safe.

I don't care who wins, but I need this game to be decided by the end of the first half. Even staying up til then might be questionable.

So the inactives are exactly what we all thought they were going to be going into this game.

Folk indoors should be pretty dependable from close to 55. Unless kicking off wears him out

Feeling good about this one. Assuming Mac can throw I think it’s a real nice matchup for Meyers.

A) Go Pats

B) I’ll never make it to the end of this game

C) I’m over the Bills. Not that we’re going to beat them twice in the next month but I think they have regressed towards the mean as the season has gone on. I have a bad feeling the Chiefs are going to the Super Bowl from the AFC

Dungy on color commentary. I'll never complain about Collinsworth ever again.
