You going? I would've snapped up the alumni package if next weekend weren't my daughters birthday.

I'm debating doing an out and back Monday-Tuesday. Probably won't but my best bud is a UVA grad and he may push for it if we're both in the final.

Congrats friends. My wife just bolted from the house with her V jersey on to compete in a tennis match. Opposition has no chance.

good luck tonight fellas. I have several good friends who went to Villanova just after they beat G'Town in 85. They've waited a long time for this. I think you'll win because guards > size and Nova is shooting the basketball like the Warriors on a good night. but since Arcidiacono has deferred and not played hero ball, their offense is so much better. I expect it to be a great game and I really hope you guys win

Thanks. Thought I would be more nervous. This team the ultimate example of playing with house money. Two weeks ago Jay Wright was a huge choker in some circles.

That said, fucking win.

My boss, a Nova grad, made the trip yesterday for this game. He's a cool guy, so I hope that they pull it out. Good luck Nova fans \\V//

The Roy post game interview reminds me of like if you could interview a dinosaur right after the meteor hit - that's probably what he would sound like

Best game I've ever been to. The Nova fans didn't sit the entire game. Student section was amazing.

Not sure if you could see it on tv but when Paige tied it the place went nuts and all the seat cushions were raining down, everyone was throwing them into the air.

Then Big Smoove....

Amazing win, they deserved it. Two great teams, and the better team won tonight.

The looks on their faces in the second half compared to the looks on the faces of the NC State players told you everything you needed to know about who was going to win that game.
Would you like to play another North Carolina team? Perhaps for a championship?

You're on fire, brother.

Amazing game. I was hoping for a game like that even though it almost gave me a heart attack when Paige hit that three. Oddly though, I felt pretty confident that 4.7 seconds was enough time to get a good look.

I'm really looking forward to that Arch to Jenkins shot being played played as much as Laettner's turn around.

The road doesn't get tougher than Miami, Kansas, Oklahoma, and North Carolina from the Sweet 16 on. Wright truly coached his balls off in this tournament and the players executed brilliantly. Still in disbelief....

Agreed. All everyone will remember is the shot but the path to get there was incredible. You took out a dangerous #3 seed, the top overall seed, the team with the scorching hot Naismith winner, and arguably the hottest tournament team in UNC.

Being a BC guy, I always liked and respected Wright (except in 2006!) but he wow'd me this tournament. Hell of a coach and seemingly a good guy as well. You're in good hands until Coach Arcidiacono takes over in 2030.

By the way, if Hart stays, this team should be loaded again next year w/ Hart, Jenkins, Brunson, Booth, Bridges, and Reynolds all returning and Omari Spellman and Eric Paschall coming in.

Too soon?

Nice commitment for Nova from Philly local 2017 6-8 F Dhamir Cosby-Roundtree. Always good to see #bigeast schools lock up local talent.

Four star talent...

Fantastic news. Jay is starting to be able to recruit front court talent to match the wealth of guards the team has.

In other news, an alumni has donated $22.6 million to renovate the very outdated Pavilion.

As long as Jay stays around. this program absolutely a top flight program. It's amazing how quickly the perception of this team has changed, but I guess winning will do that.

When I first saw that I had a feeling it was Bill Finneran. Great guy.

His brother is a plane shitter though.

Huge news for the champs as Josh Hart announces he is withdrawing from NBA draft consideration and returning for his senior year. Good decision by the player and GREAT news for the team.

Nova should be ranked in the top 5 to start the season.
