In the end, Shevchenko vs. Maia wasn't close, but Maia definitely made it interesting early on, which is different.

Man, the downward slide of Tony Ferguson has been tough to watch. He's just not the same fighter anymore. Broken.

Not to take anything away from Oliveira. He was suffocating and relentless.

UFC is making me uncomfortable the way they’re running these guys out there war after war. Aldo and Ferguson both had super tough fights fairly recently. I feel like they should’ve had another 3-4 months off given their age and mileage.

It was, and Kattar is no stiff.

But he did seem a little slow. Tough bastard though.

I don't know if there is anyone else at the top of the division that Max will have that much of a speed advantage with.

What’s best way to order this? Fine paying, but do I need to order on a mobile device and then stream to my TV? I don’t understand the ESPN+ or Disney app approach...

All I hear from UFC announcers is how Herb Dean is the best of UFC refs, but I swear he owns like 90% of the fuck ups I see.

Sure, Rodriguez needs to be 100% certain of the call before she stops fighting, but he shouldn't have put her in that situation either.

I'm watching my first ever UFC card tonight.

I've never really been into it but I'm bored. We'll see how long before the blood chases me off...

Well, if you're going to start watching, you have to see a Conor main event. It's the spectacle of the UFC.

Hooker is a weight cutting machine. He is going to look huge compared to Chandler

How good is Khabib? He cleared a super talented division like he was fighting children.

Good for Poirer man. He had a great game plan and took some decent shots. That lightweight division is so stacked.

Some good cards coming up too. Feels good that the ufc is back.

This guy beat Conor, Max, Gaethje, Alvarez, and Hooker. What a stud.

That's the worst moment in Conor's career. We've never seen his lights out before. I blame the hair.

Those two full strength punches right on the chin while already knocked cold were unfortunate for him.

No one watching the card tonight?
Amanda Nunes is a bad person. She didn't even break a sweat tonight against an admittedly weak opponent but she has already beaten every tough opponent at their own game. She has beaten anyone who ever beat someone notable.

Nunes is great, but Anderson is fucking awful - slower than molasses. I don't bet -900 on UFC very often, but I backed up the Brinx truck for this one. Those odds were way off.

Yan's illegal kick was unfortunate fuck up for him. He was most likely on his way to victory.
