LOL at TNT for showing Barca vs Spurs over Liverpool/Napoli.

I understand all four teams have something to play for but Barca will be resting players while the latter game should be an all timer.

TNT is trying to get new subscribers. Barca is likely to draw casual eyes while LFC's fanbase is probably perceived to be more willing to shell out cash. Makes perfect business sense.

Still, fuck this new TV model of double-dipping.

Buddy and I were talking about this the other day. We can't understand why Fox is skimping on their futbol coverage. It seems pretty obvious they need to get more people into the sport before they can really reap all of the benefits. Moreover, this applies to their Bundesliga coverage more than UCL. There's just something missing from these broadcasts as they seem a bit dull, similar to BeIn and in stark contrast to NBC. Thing is, the German crowds are usually awesome. More lively than the uppity folks at the Bernabeu and Camp Nou for example. The broadcasters are usually excellent too. Their match analysts know the game, are sharp, and clearly have experience. So, it's something to do with the production value.

Yeah, I'm trying to find Univision on my cable for this one....and stream it here at work!

....and it looks like I'll have to make a 1 time purchase on B/R to watch it.....damn homogenized Maine cable channel line-up!

Alisson, TAA, Mario, VVD, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Milner, Mané, Firmino, Salah

Need to go attacking early... not seeing keeping a team that has Insigne, Mertens, Callejon, Fabián, and Hamšik to 0 goals.

A bit surprised that Klopp didn't shoehorn Shariqi in there, but I have two imagine Plan B is Shariqi for Henderson with Wijnaldum sliding back to Henderson's role. I think Sturridge and Keita are next off the bench, maybe Origi if they're really desperate for some magic.

I get nothing for Liverpool on the TNT app (east or west, both are Tottenham), watching this on Univision now.

Not sure how on earth that drew a foul in Napoli's favor but ok

Ditto there, but I assume ref was playing the advantage from the initial Milner challenge on Allan

Ospina is the Neymar of goalkeeping. I have never seen a goalkeeper roll around as much as he does when compensating for a stupid play or decision.

Ugh Henderson could have laid Firmino in there and taken the CB out of the play... instead weak foot ground shot well wide

WTF TNT?? Depending on you folks for Pool commentary. I'm getting too old and cautious for illicit streaming options.

Liverpool defenders & Alison have been a bit sloppy. Mertens, in particular, has looked ready to pounce. Not sure how many more looks you can give Napoli like that last one before they net one.

I hope Liverpool don’t sit back. They should try to get a couple more then conceding a fluke goal won’t matter

Klopp went racing up that tunnel (maybe he always does at halftime) but that has to make me think they come out looking to push the tempo in the second half.
