I had a dream two nights ago where Spurs won the Champions League. They came from behind to win 2-1. There were no actual well known or known players who played, but the big takeaway for me was the distraught looks on the Liverpool players faces. It was devastating.

Okay, 26.5 hours to go. Let's get down to specifics...

Assuming Kane appears to be in tolerable health, how do they deploy Kane, Son and Lucas? Kane and Son to start with Lucas coming on at half?

My fear with Kane starting is if he has setback early on you waste an early sub. Of course this is countered by the fear that if you save him for last 30 if you need a goal and he pulls up lame after 15 minutes, you're stuck.

In the end, I think start him (assuming they think he can go at least 60+), because then you have more options if something happens. Moura as a late sub if you're chasing a goal. Or three!!

Same thinking as DD. Kane, Son, Dele. Moura off the bench.
Who with Sissoko and Eriksen? Winks, Vic or Dier? All 3 have/had health and form concerns. I think have to go with Harry.
Tripps or Serge? Oof.

Agree that you start Kane, Son, and Dele and hope Kane can hold up. If not, you at least have more information. Assuming full health with everyone, I start Winks along with Sissoko and Eriksen in the MF. If I have to pick between Vic or Dier, I choose Rose. In the back, I much prefer Aurier to Trippier, but I think it'll be Trips. Toby and Jan in the middle, unless they need Jan on the left. If Poch wanted to get crazy, I wonder if he could use Jan (or less likely Toby) as a holding MF along with Sissoko.

What I want:

Hugo
Serge-Jan-Toby-Rose
Sissoko-Winks-Eriksen
Dele-Kane-Son

What I expect:

Hugo
Trips-Sanchez/Foyth (?)-Toby-Jan
Sissoko-Eriksen-Rose
Son-Kane-Dele

Poch trying to curveball Jurgen:

Aurier-Sanchez/Foyth-Toby-Rose
Sissoko-Jan
Eriksen-Dele
Kane-Son

Aurier hasn't played in forever and is on the way out, I don't see him starting.

If healthy, I'd imagine it's DESK up front with Lucas coming off the bench. 2 of Sissoko/Winks/Dier/Wanyama as a double pivot. Rose-Jan-Toby-Trippier as the back 4. Or that same lineup shuffled into a diamond 4-4-2.

Hindsight being 20/20, Kane should've came off the bench at 70'-75'. Moura's energy would've been a big boon and Arry was not ready for 45, let alone 90. Surprised that Lamela didn't get on instead of Llorente, but that's not a huge deal.

Would LOVE for Lo Celso to join Spurs this summer--he's a young player similar to Eriksen and would be a great combination with Winks. Victor and Dier likely need to be bolstered with another CM/DM. If they can get a good price for Trippier, say goodbye. Definitely would like another young option up top. Kane, Son, and Moura are good options obviously, but Moura was most effective starting from the wings and coming in centrally (semifinal glory notwithstanding).
