I’m sure Oregon isn’t the only one but they did just send this afternoon an email to fans implying higher prices to come to pay for NIL (“to compete at the highest levels” )

Maybe treat your beach volleyball players and rowers fairly and legally first

That's infuriating. Especially the tone of smarminess Peterson had about women's sports. Given that Title IX requires scholarship to be distributed proportionally to participation, I would think they have a good case. Any lawyers care to weigh in?
