Most of the owners that have been recently inducted basically did so because they, like Kraft, made their teams profit centers for the league. Winning consistently is obviously a big part of that. The Hall let DeBartolo in, who arguably committed far worse infractions than Kraft's trip to a massage parlor.
I can see Jerry Jones, Mara, the Rooney's, et al, making a concerted push for him in the not too distant future. The exchange is that Jonathan Kraft will end up supporting Irsay's induction when that comes up (ewww).
