Pats were down by 18 starting in the third quarter. Buddy of mine (who doesn't even like football) texts me saying, "well I guess brady didn't use deflated balls this time!"

He group texted this to a bunch of Bills/Jets fans, so now they blame him for the pats winning :)

Nothing can be said about Belichick and Brady negatively ever again. 5 SBs and winning the two greatest SBs ever played. Brady playing the 2 best 4th quarters in SB history. Coming back from 10 and 19 pt 4th quarter deficits. Literally nothing can be said now.

Bingo.

Of all the things I take away from this game, this nails it for me.

Not a fucking negative think can ever be said about either of them ever again.

EVER.

I'm not going to bed tonight, going to soak this all in.

And over the next few days, I'm going to soak in everything on every channel, every website, I need to rewatch this game because honest to Christ, I cannot believe what I just saw.

Wow.

Me neither. Fuck sleep. I'm just getting started.

A top 5 sports moment, and perhaps a top 1 sports team

Seriously there is no football argument to have anymore. All family business has been settled. Anybody says anything we just look at them like the pathetic asshats they are and laugh and shake our heads. It's all over and done. The only argument left involves Brady and Jordan.

According to Tomlinson, Brady was the GOAT before he won this game. Now, he's better than the GOAT.

EDIT: Yeah, probably already posted, whatever.

Lemesee, I'm supposed to pay attention to Vegas people most of whom customers pay no attention until the last day. That's about the dumbest thing I've heard in awhile, but, ice climbers incline to dumb sh*t. You have to, to climb ice.
At the moment, the Falcons are up by 3TDs. This could get really ugly, though I think reaming the Pats and Belichek is a good thing for civilization.
I could be wrong. I grew up following the Falcons from their inception, 50 years ago, when I was 9. No one is more knowledgeable about the crap ATL fans have had to endure. In the early '70s when I was a boy scout, the 'Coons played the Pats and Bobby Etter, the FG kicker at the time, missed a tying PAT when the goal post was on the goal line. A 30' chip shot. Maybe you can miss low, but he shanked it wide. How do do you fu*k this this up.
Now it's 28-3. You're f**ked. It's a character building exercize. Pretty much something needed for anyone who thinks Elizabeth Warren is a sentient human being.
Ba ha ha ha... Racist shithead on a local climbing forum.

Agreed; as much as I love the 2004 Red Sox, the 2013 Red Sox, the 2001 Patriots and the 2004 Patriots, I think this team jumped to the head of the class for me.

They finished 19-2, they traded away their best pass rusher, arguably their best linebacker and lost arguably their best offensive weapon to injury, not to mention the GOAT for four games due to a suspension and they made the greatest comeback in NFL playoff history to win their 5th Super Bowl.

Never say never, but I'll never see another game like that again that decides a championship, as I mentioned elsewhere, in the history of the NFL, teams that trailed by 17+ points going into the 4th quarter were 0-124 prior to tonight.

Yup, they are the top dogs for me, my #1 favorite all time Boston sports team.

Teams who get a pick-6 in the Superbowl are now only 12-1. Teams who have a 11+ point lead in the Superbowl are no longer undefeated. Teams that held a 19+ point lead at the half in the postseason are now 93-1. Let all those sink in.

I live in Steeler country so my Facebook feed was unbearable for 95% of that game. I loved the absolute meltdown following the game and I will continue to enjoy it today. My students will be livid and I will walk into that classroom and just smile. The amount of hatred around here for the Pats is incredible and this will just ratchet it up even more.
