All your favorites go here -- go ahead and list guys you love as prospective first-rounders if you must, but more interesting to compile the later-round candidates that would cause you to swell up with excitement.  And if somebody names your guy, go ahead and name him again!

Mine are...

QB:  Aaron Murray (Georgia), Keith Wenning (Ball State)
WR:  Kevin Norwood (Alabama)
TE:   CJ Fedorewicz (Iowa), Marcel Jensen (Fresno State)
OL:   Russell Bodine (UNC), Trai Turner (LSU), Brandon Thomas (Clemson)

DE:  Aaron Lynch (South Florida)
DT:  Caraun Reid (Princeton), Daquan Jones (Penn State),
CB:   Antone Exum (Va Tech), Aaron Colvin (Oklahoma)
S:     Deone Buchanan (Washington), Brock Vereen (Minnesota)

Don't really have one at RB, ILB, OLB, K or P

A Scud Away from Hell
Here are mine so far, in the order of binkiness:
  1. TE CJ Fiedorowicz (you can't have a binky if you can't spell'em Mugsy ;))
  2. RB Lache Seastrunk (I think this guy would be quite fun to watch)
  3. S Lamarcus Joyner (could be steal of the draft on day 3)
  4. LB Kyle Van Noy (smaller LB who can be everywhere on the field - mold of a Kiko Alonso? Both 6' 3" and around 240 lbs)
  5. OL Brandon Thomas (hurt, but would be a bargain to pick up as a 4th)
  6. DE Scott Crichton (huge playmaker -- why isn't he getting more buzz with the Pats?)
  7. LB Christian Jones (versatile guy who could contribute as ST while learning the ropes)
  8. S Vinnie Sunsuri (could be ST demon for years)
  9. QB Logan Thomas (6' 6" and 260 lbs to keep around and develop)
  10. TE Colt Lyerla (hell, I've wanted Pats to get Vontaze Burfict and Tyrann Mathieu, so par for the course for me)

Storm Johnson RB - Great all around game. Dude's name is feckin Storm.

Jeremy Deering FB Player - His measurables are ridiculous and he's played all over the place. He's also from Rutgers and anyone outside of this site has never heard of him.

To be clear: I don't necessarily like all these players for the Pats, but these are guys I'll be hoping do well in the NFL:

QB: Johnny Manziel (Texas A&M) - how can you not love watching this guy?
RB: Charles Sims (West Virginia) - good all-around RB
Tre Mason (Auburn) - undersized but tough
Charles Ross (Rice) - fun to watch in college, probably won't do much in the NFL
TE: Richard Rodgers (Cal) - move TE who was willing to cut weight to play WR then put on a bunch to play TE. Much prefer a guy like him to a guy like Lyerla who couldn't stay off coke long enough to keep from getting kicked off the team.
Gator Hoskins (Marshall) - super-productive H-back
OL: Joel Bitonio (Nevada) - Mankins 2.0. I've been on him since the beginning
Ja'Wuan James (Tennessee) - probably the best of the Vols' terrific O-line
John Urschel (Penn State) - his NFL.com profile includes the sentence, "Had a paper published, 'Instabilities of the Sun-Jupiter-Asteroid Three Body Problem,' in the journal 'Celestial Mechanics and Dynamical Astronomy.'"
Gabe Jackson (Mississippi State) - a massive human being at 336 pounds; I found his athleticism impressive at the Combine
DL: Dominique Easley (Florida) - hoping he recovers from his knee problems, could be a real disruptor
ER: Michael Sam (Missouri) - have to admire his courage
Kyle Van Noy (BYU) - I saw him in the Poinsettia Bowl a couple years ago; he was everywhere. Love his do-everything game, but not sold on his fit with the Pats.
CB: Philip Gaines (Rice) - of course he's a Rice guy, but he's also a fine draft sleeper. I'll be surprised if he doesn't go in the first two rounds.
S: Calvin Pryor (Louisville) - gotta like a guy with FS range and a SS body and attitude
Deone Bucannon (Washington State) - see comment on Pryor. There's a real chance he's another Tavon Wilson though.
K: Chris Boswell (Rice) - another Rice guy. He hit so many clutch kicks for the Owls through his career (13 50+-yard FGs in his career, which is crazy for college). Also hit one of the sickest onside kicks you will ever see:

QB
Aaron Murray - Love his intangibles and his physical skills are better than he gets credit for. If he hadn't hurt his ACL, he'd probably have been my top QB prospect in the draft.
Brynn Renner - Really like him as a developmental pocket passing QB. A bit of a statue back there, but he has a lot of positives going for him despite getting zero draft buzz.

RB
Jeremy Hill
- Best back in the class. Patriots may have him off their board for character concerns.
De'Anthony Thomas - The Black Mamba is my #1 draft binkie. Tell me it wouldn't be incredibly fun watching him on the Patriots? Belichick could figure out ways to get him on the field and take advantage of his electric playmaking skills.
Isaiah Crowell - Another talented back who may be off the NE draft board. 5* high school recruit and SEC Frosh of the Year before getting kicked off the team for assorted weapons charges. Has feature back size and skills though.

WR
Marqise Lee - When he was healthy and had a half-decent QB throwing to him, he was the best WR in college football.
Martavis Bryant - So toolsy. Sure, he probably ends up as Stephen Hill 2.0, but still. The tools!
Devin Street - Probably a step slower than Aaron Dobson, but does a lot of Aaron Dobson things. (Caveat, I like Aaron Dobson despite the horrific early season drops.)

DE
Kareem Martin - Workout warrior (his jumps were off the charts, which are a good judge of explosion). Also was a double-digit sack guy at a good program. Not sure why he's not more highly rated.

DT
Dominique Easley
- He was really fun to watch at Florida. As long as his knees hold up, he's an explosive and disruptive guy.
Kelcy Quarles - Very productive SEC DT. While he may have been a product of playing with Clowney, he was still impressive in his own right.

LB
Jordan Zumwalt - The only time I really paid attention to him was the Bowl Game where he was knocking VA Tech players out left and right. Seems like a nice Brandon Spikes replacement.
Adrian Hubbard - Much better in 2012 than 2013, but the physical tools are there and he comes from a top program. Has a chance to be a disruptive NFL edge rusher.

CB
All three Gator corners. They didn't run well at the combine, but their on-field play was legit. Joe Haden didn't run well at the combine either (but rectified that at his pro day).

Maine
Binkies (a lot of repeats/groupthink on this board...pretty hard to avoid in draft season):

QB Zach Mettenberger (Bold prediction: he's the most successful QB in this draft 5 years from now)
WR Brandon Coleman
WR Bruce Ellington (I don't think he's really a fit for the Pats, however.)
G Xavier Su'a-Filo (I think he'll be a stud)
G Brandon Thomas (talented and will potentially be a value pick)
LB Kyle Van Noy
RB Lorenzo Taliaferra
CB Loucheiz Purifoy

CB Kendall James (solely bc I watched him play at Maine)

Anti-binkies (guys I want the Pats to avoid):

TE CJ Fiedorowicz (doesn't have a high ceiling IMO)
QB Tom Savage (I don't see the potential)
DT Ra'Shede Hageman (too much of a project for a 1st-round DT. I want someone who can step in immediately if the Pats go this route.)
DE Demarucs Lawrence (too much of a tweener, he's a very poor man's Chandler Jones in skill and size)
G David Yankey
