Just got home from an extra inning little league semi-final game, and this will probably not come as a surprise for some, but I am fucking stoked that Danny has done absolutely nothing to this point. I want to see the current incarnation of the Celtics play one full season under Brad,.and see what happens. I don't want to see Jaylen or future draft picks going somewhere for someone that may or may not upset what we already have built. Don't do anything, don't trade for anyone, no Kawhi, no Lebron...When that Sacramento picks turns into #2 or #3 next year, then we'll talk about making some moves, especially when #18 is already in the rafters.
Yes to continuity! It would be great to see this team, that's used to playing with each other start the season and build further. No system to learn, no idiosyncrasies to learn, just grind and build. Integrate Gord and a few bench guys and ... is it October yet?

MA
So what do people think as we get a few picks away? I’m guessing one of Thomas/Melton/Evans/Brunson

I want one of these guys to troll....

"Yeah... my fans can expect a guy that sleeps late, don't like to overwork myself. I like to ease into things... maybe enjoy my money a little. I hear the NBA ladies are great, huh?"

We passed on one raw Aggie 10 years ago. Don’t do it again, Danny.

Give me Robert Williams.

So the alleged promise from the Lakers to HS-to sitting out Mitchell Robinson wasn't for their first round pick. Does Ainge bite on his upside if Philly grabs Khyri Thomas?

Trump doesn't go for 6'2 Mid Majors. He likes tall blondes and Eastern Blocs, like a Dzanan Musa (although Musa, at 6'9", 195, is a bit small in the chest).
6'9' and 195 lbs. There's no chest, it's a back with nipples.

Least surprising pick of the draft. I feel like this came out months ago ha
When Hutchison and Mitchell Robinson both pulled out of The Combine, the Bulls at 22 and Lakers at 25 or 39.

The promise may have been for 39 with a multi-year guaranteed deal.....or it was another team. Absolutely a no to Robinson. We are drafting players who can contribute now on their rookie deal not for an enigma that we'd have to sign to a guaranteed deal while maybe becoming an NBA player in 5 years.
