Wow. Tiger scalded that one off the tee on 3. Will have a pretty easy chip and putt, for birdie, I think.
I guess maybe it depends on the pin position, but is there ever really an easy chip at #3?

Very disappointing for Tiger. Taking no advantage of anything and a couple of sloppy sand shots and now he's +1.

Course seems to be playing tougher than normal, at least to my memory of Thursday's. Birdie 8, make the turn in even and try to get one or two on the back.

For all the nerves and rust that Tiger is shaking off, he looks really good. I expect him to settle down and play a strong back 9 and get better every day.

You can tell he's still shaking some nerves.

I am optimistic of the same. No work being done today. Tomorrow off, and the wife is away for all of Saturday. I need a more exciting leaderboard than Singh, Leishman and Kodaira.

That was a ridiculously good putt for birdie on 7. They're talking bout him playing defense on his putts - but that's Augusta. Put it in the right spot, or play defense for a par and move along.

How on Earth did he get out of that, or were the trees not really the issue they look like in the overhead animation

I like this Master.com stream this year. The best added feature I see is that the leaderboard is on the streaming page. You can scroll up and down without having to go to a separate leaderboard page.
You can also click on each player's individual scorecard which is awesome
