Lenovo G700's back at the Outlet

@6:30 pm on 5/6 they had:

35 for $349.89 that have 2020M (2.4 GHz cpu)
13 for $371.75 that have 2030M (2.5 Ghz cpu)

This is funny as they often have Thinkpads that have i3 or i5 cpus at the same prices, these cpus are, of course, utterly indistinguishable IRL

17.3 screens, 4 Gig ram, 500 GB 5400 rpm HD, DVD burners

Note the screens are 1600x900 Vibrant View (glossy, NOT matte, this means completely unusable outside in direct sunlight)

Just bought the 2030 for my client. What should I do before giving it to her to make Win8 like Win7 and so forth?

1. Install Classic Shell, after install you get to go thru 15 tabs of settings, hopefully with the client, when done you can have it look almost exactly like 7 or even XP, at the very least after install teach the client that right-click on the start button will get them to the settings which they may want to readjust til it operates the way they like.

2. Turn off Indexing on all drives (right click on drive in left pane of File Explorer, uncheck "Allow files" in General tab, include all subdirs, also keep compression off, of course.)
3. Control panel > System > Advanced System settings > Performance Options

Visual effects, either custom and turn off many of the effects or just best performance option
Advanced: usually select Programs
Virtual memory, select change:  Unselect automanage at top, select C: and in custom size enter the same number in both initial and max size, generally 1 or 1.5 times the amount of real ram (with 4 Gig ram installed
that would be 4096 or 6144) Hit set. Some suggest selecting no page file, this is generally NOT a good idea, some programs still expect to see a page file.
Remove the trial versions of Symantec AV and at very least make sure MS Defender is turned on and configured (the 2 lightweight additions I recommend are ESET NOD32 and/or Webroot SecureAnywhere).

The last suggestion is...controversial... under System Protection, I turn it off on all drives, but then I image my drives religiously at least once a week... this is the 'roll back" feature. If you don't do whole images and backups of your drives, this might, just might, save you. The problem: if you get seriously infected, the odds you can backup to before that happened are based entirely on how sophisticated the infection. The same goes for any strategy that continuously backs-up to another drive or onto the cloud. The only 'safe' backup is an image to a drive that's not connected to the puter in question.  Just understand when Restore or Indexing or auto manage pagefile are turned on, then the puter is almost constantly writing a significant amount of stuff to that 5400 rpm hard drive and this becomes the bottleneck to everything you do (it also uses up a serious amount of battery power). Older machines made this obvious as the hd activity light never stopped flickering, today's machines have eliminated that led and you have no clue why it's all 'sluggish'. These laptops have USB 3.0 ports...get a USB 3.0 WD pocket drive, and any good imaging software (see Nip's and my suggestions, just a few entries back in this thread) and you can backup that entire drive in around 5-6 mins. (the Imaging option built into Win 8 will also do this, but it will take around 30 mins to do the same thing...).

Search eBay: Office 2003 can be had as a legit CD for $20-30, Office 2007 runs $50 to $100. Keep in mind, up thru Office 2003 you are getting the traditional interface, Office 2007 and beyond, all components including Word have the ribbon interface, if your clients are used to the traditional interface, 2007 and beyond may infuriate/baffle them. At the very least expose them to a recent version of Word and make sure they are comfortable with the interface.... there is a commercial app that does attempt to add classic menus to 2007 and later versions:

http://www.ubit.ch/software/ubitmenu-languages/

it's not an open source project and not all that popular or well known, but they do offer it free for 'non-commerical' use, your clients might try it if they go for a 2007 or later version, most who don't want the ribbon have just stayed with Word in 2003, nothing of great import has been added...you can even get a free add-on from MS to open and read any Word docs you get in the newer .docx format... in fact virtually everyone I know in the legal word routinely use and save all Word documents in the .doc format, I see a docx document maybe 3 times a year, and these days almost everything gets converted to .pdf for filing anyway.

If they are the type that easily go to blindly stumble to being infected, I reiterate: ESET NOD32 (just the AV) will cost about $39 for a year and Webroot SecureAnywhere, the basic version will cost that or less, install BOTH do a basic sensible configure and they will have to be VERY pigheaded to get to drivebye infect sites or add infecting software, they really will stop them and combined, their impact on performance is nil.

Newegg sales on my favorite AV offerings SALE ALL WEEKEND , this pair work tremendously well together, very light on resources:

ESET Nod32 6 (this will autoupgrade to 7 after you install) 1 year sub, they claim you can use on 3 computers, in fact they are insensitive to even more: $20
  with Promo Code EMCYTZG289: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832114045&nm_mc=EMC-EXPRESS051014&cm_mmc=EMC-EXPRESS051014-_-EMC-051014-Index-_-SecurityUtilitiesSoftware-_-32114045-L07C

EVEN CHEAPER:

Webroot SecureAnywhere AV, also 1 year, also claims up to 3 computers but is insensitive to even more: $5 (yeah FIVE BUCKS) with Promo Code EMCYTZG279
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832296079&nm_mc=EMC-EXPRESS051014&cm_mmc=EMC-EXPRESS051014-_-EMC-051014-Index-_-DownloadableSecurityUtilities-
_-32296079-L08A

This is now an entirely cloud based app and continuously updates.

I have been running both of these concurrently (with MS Defender/Security essentials) for years, no conflicts or issues, they 'compete' for which catches a bad site or file first, combined load on cpu under 2%.

Til 5/19

PNY 128 Gig USB 3.0 drive - $44 with free ship

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820178719

better than average USB 3.0 speed, simple drive with basic removable cap.
About the lowest price 128 Gig USB 3.0 drive you can find.

also at Newegg til 5/19

PNY XLR8 PRO SSD9SC240GCDA-RB 2.5" 240GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)

$120 - $10 rebate = $110
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820178453

That's $110 for a 240 Gig SSD. Standard Sandforce 2281 controller (ok, good not great) average SSD speeds,
this is a 9.5 mm thick drive, will not fit in many ultraslim laptops...check.
Otherwise this is a good midpack 240 drive for the prices we paid for a 120 8 months ago...

finally, the base model of my favorite family of multifunction printers:

Canon imageCLASS MF4770n MFP with Promo Code EMCPEWG39 til 5/19 = $93 that includes shipping.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16828142465

B&W printer, copier, color scanner and fax
USB and ethernet connects (no wifi this is the base model)
Separate multifeed handles envelopes and labels well
35 sheet doc feeder
Uses single cart system that replaces all consumables
Very friendly and easy to use software

Comes with starter cart, aftermarket Canon 128 carts are cheap and widely available
You can't find a better multifunction at anywhere near this price.

Until 5/31 at Rakuten

Canon imageCLASS D530 Black & White Laser Multifunction Copier   $120 - $40 promo code CANON40 = $80 shipped
http://www.rakuten.com/prod/canon-imageclass-d530-black-white-laser-multifunction-copier/238756584.html?scid=em_20140519_Daily&adid=17070

This is a 'less multifunction' version of my favorite Canon MF series:

It removes the auto doc feed feature from the top and also the fax, which is irrelevant to 99% of us anymore.

What's left is the B&W printer, copier and color scanner in a package with the same paper handling
functions and using the same Canon 128 cart that includes all the consumables (tons of inexpensive compatible
aftermarket versions available).

Really great deal on a basic MF printer.

Really great deal on a basic MF printer. Like all these Canons, it comes with a 'starter' (half filled cart good for around 1,000 pages) so go shopping for aftermarket Canon 128 carts at Amazon, you can find
compatibles for under $12.

A strange phenomenon begun last month:

Monoprice monitors are being sold at Rakuten and Rakuten is running sales that seriously undercut Monoprice's own prices.

Today and until 5/22 the 27" multi-input  2560 x 1440 10489 model which is $460 plus shipping (which will be over $20 to anywhere at a minimum) on the Monoprice site is

$370 with free ship at Rakuten.  http://monoprice.shop.rakuten.com/p/27-ips-glass-panel-pro-led-monitor-wqhd-2560x1440-440cd-m2-hdmi-1-4/252439954.html?scid=em_20140520_Daily&adid=17653

If you're thinking about any of their monitors, it now behooves you to start watching Rakuten to see if they put the model you desire on sale.

Canon Color imageCLASS MF8280Cw multifunction at Newegg til 5/21
with promo code EMCPEHW57 = $200 shipped

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16828142618&

This is easily $100 lower than you can find anywhere else and is the lowest price I've ever seen this.

COLOR multifunction, with ethernet and extensive wireless connectivity, has available software to connect
to most IPhones and Androids (don't ask me who needs to do extensive printing from their phone...whatever).
All the usual good things, 50 page doc feeder, separate multifeed slot that handles envelopes & labels well.

Comes with a set of starter (half filled carts), there are 4, of course, black and 3 colors.
Genuine Canon carts will cost at least $75 each, but compatible sets of all 4 carts can be had easily for $120 or less, full carts are good for c. 1500 pages, making this quite economical too.

HP Z23i IPS Display 23" LED Monitor @ TigerDirect  $200 shipped all weekend
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=8511540

If you want something better than the average generic 23" bargain monitor, but don't want to go crazy, this is an excellent option.
Standard 23" 1200 x 1080, good IPS screen
vga, DVI and Displayport (no HDMI, this is geared to the computer monitor crowd)
3 usb ports, more importantly a good stand, easily swivels to portrait mode (and has supplied software to do just that)

I happen to think the HP stuff is slightly better built than the comparable Dell models which are $20-40 more than this most of the time.

ADATA 64 Gig USB 3.0 thumb drive  $34.22 - $10 rebate = $24.22 (this includes 4.22 bargain shipping) at TigerDirect til 5/31
http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7905163

I know, rebates are a pain, this is a fairly standard retractable plug USB 3.0 drive except unlike most cheapies, it actually meets it's specs making it a middle-of-the-pack
performer at a bargain price (you will actually notice it's much faster in a USB 3.0 port). The 64 Gig size is also quite useful these days.

5 pack of drives $40 with free ship
http://www.neweggflash.com/Product/9SIA4AJ1HB5589

This is a 5 pack of a very useful new idea: Each drive is a very simple slim metal body with a standard USB 2.0 plug at one end, and a standard mini USB 2.0 plug at the other. Move between your phone, laptop and desktops seamlessly without any adapters.

Lenovo Outlet has fixed their site problems.

No real stock on Thinkpads

They do have over 50 Lenovo G500 @ 3pm on 5/28 for $263.22
http://outlet.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary/controller/e/outlet_us/LenovoPortal/en_US/catalog.workflow:expandcategory?current-catalog-id=A4A41B4CA13D4754AE2FBF7721EBF357&current-category-id=908B184AED4F29502E6EB3E1E76AFC13&menu-id=products&ref-id=products#/?page-index=1

Decent basic laptop:

Celeron 1005M 1.9 Ghz, Intel HD4000 graphics (about same speed as low end i3, but older Ivy Bridge design uses much more power, so shorter battery life)
4 Gig ram
15.6 1366x768 LED screen
500 Gig 5400 rpm HD
DVD burner
b/g/n wifi & BT
keyboard includes full numeric pad and trackpad has 2 actual real nonambiguous keys.
Win 8.1

Note: you will find 2 listings there for quantities of 59RF0890 and 59RF0891. I have now confirtmed with Lenovo that these numbers reflect the source of the refurbs, not the hardware, the laptops are identical hardware.

OK very techie item:

XIGMATEK XOF-F1253 120mm FCB (Fluid Circulative Bearing) Cooling System 120mm Ocean Blue Case Fan

These come in packs of 2, Newegg is giving away a second pack free, total of 4 fans for $10 with free ship
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.1671208&nm_mc=EMC-GD052814&cm_mmc=EMC-GD052814-_-index-_-Item-_-Combo1671208

These are 'interesting' fans if you want to refit a box to make it very quiet:

Serious fluid bearings
9 blade quiet design
slotted frame design to lower noise
1400 rpm
long 3 pin connector for use in big tower cases
will operate down to 6.5 volts for really low speed silence

Everything about these fans is seriously engineered to allow you to reduce noise, specialy fans like these usually run $15-$18 each, 4 for ten bucks is a steal...just one curiousity:

Instead of a full frame, there are only mounting holes on one side, normal mounting therefore only allows them to be easily used in a 'push' (exhaust) direction, though with longer bolts reverse mount is posssible.

A ton of deals til at least end of month at Newegg:

[Btw in response to a question asked, I tend to ignore sales anywhere that get equalled or only beat the price elsewhere by a few bucks. For those shopping, may I suggest the HoverHound add-on to Firefox (or Palemoon, Waterfox etc.). This automatically shows you the prices at Amazon & Tiger Direct for any item at Newegg, plus price history and other details.]

Corsair CX430 430w Bronze power supply $40 - $20 rebate = $20 free ship
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139026&nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL052914&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL052914-_-EMC-052914-Index-_-PowerSupplies-_-17139026-L0E

No excuse to buy any 2nd tier supply when you can get this for 20 bucks. Adequate for any build using cpu graphics or low end video cards.

WD Red 4 Tb Hard drive with promo code EMCPEHA24 = $170 with free ship
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822236599&nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL052914&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL052914-_-EMC-052914-Index-_-InternalHardDrives-_-22236599-L03D

If you need massive storage. Red drives are 5400 rpm but tuned specifically for use in RAID arrays, so a step up from their Green drives. 3 year warranty.

NOTE: While WD and Seagate have now been shipping 3 & 4 Tb drives for several years, the failure rate on these remain significantly higher than 2 Gig and under drives. Those of us who are conservative about these things still shy away from these...

Brother HI-3170cdw Color Laser printer $170 + $2 ship = $172
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16828113832&nm_mc=EMC-IGNEFL052914&cm_mmc=EMC-IGNEFL052914-_-EMC-052914-Index-_-PrinterLaserPrinters-_-28113832-L010D

Does auto duplex printing, wireless, ethernet, Airconnect and Google cloud printing. Comes with 1,000 page starter carts, there are aftermarket toners for this that are much cheaper than Brother branded toner.

ADATA XPG V1.0 16 GB DDR3 1600 memory (2 x 8 Gb sticks) til 6/7
$140 - $20 rebate = $120 free ship

at TigerDirect http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/searchtools/item-Details.asp?EdpNo=8569738&sku=QDA-102011032

For those of us who think you can never have enough memory, this is the cheapest 16 Gig has been in a while.
Adata has been a 2nd tier supplier, but getting better. This is 'standard' 1600 memory, 9-9-9-24 timings, 1.5 volt will work pretty much anywhere and 16 Gig in 2 sticks always allows better overclocking than 16 Gig on 4 sticks, irrespective of your exact motherboard.

trackpad with real buttons and touchscreen. Fast harddrive with SSD cache, USB 3.0.
Think of it as a super tablet or a super capable ultrabook.

btw there are some who have issues with the Centrino 2230 wireless (if you check Google), all I can say is the Thinkpad E531 I bought a few weeks ago has the same card and it's been rock solid and trouble-free. Normally I'd
connect via hardwire gigabit ethernet to get big downloads during setup, my wifi thruput has been fast enough that I never bothered.

HP Z400 X5650 6 Core Intel Xeon 2.66GHz refurb server   today only (Shellshocker deal)   $350 free ship

Listed at Newegg it's actually shipped by a 3rd party "The Server Store"
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA4GH1KU4663

Xeon 6 core processor
6 Gb ram
250 Gig HD
Nvidia NVS295 video
Gig ethernet
DVD burner
475 W PS
Windows 7 Pro

If these are clean it's actually a real server cpu. Typical 90 day refurb warranty.

FYI, you can get the same machine directly from The Server Store with 8 GB of ECC* RAM for about $50 more, incl. shipping charge.

Newegg listing did not specify ECC RAM, so unclear, but ShellShocker deal is gone anyway. Dell Financial Services, for example, has been known to swap out the ECC RAM when putting up for sale off-lease or refurb workstations (originally built with ECC RAM).

Understood, that's why I was, and always am, a bit sceptical of 3rd party listings. Newegg and several others are doing 3rd party business as a reflex reaction to Amazon slowly become the ONLY internet marketplace, the way eBay has become the only auction site. Newegg themselves can generally be trusted to be accurate and stand behind what they sell...with 3rd party listings...good luck.

Yes, any issue I have had with Newegg has always been quite rapidly handled, and resolved to my satisfaction.

The listing now shows the memory is 6 GB ECC, so it's not a bad deal...

Reguarding the Lenovo Outlet:

A member asked me a question which leads to a required explanation. Almost all listings at the Outlet, in the specs, under Bluetooth will say "No Bluetooth". Meanwhile under Network Card a typical listing will be
"Intel® Centrino® Wireless-N 2230 (2x2 BGN & BT4)". The BT4 is...bluetooth. Yes, it's stupid and misleading, I don't think they have ANY models anymore where the BT is a separate card....

This is probably of little interest but I shouldn't just list low end stuff:

Thinkpad Helix
3 with i7 cpu, 8 Gig ram and 256 Gig SSD HD    $1,190
25 with i5 cpu, 4 Gig ram and 128 Gig SSD HD   $1,034

These are 11.6" Ultrabooks, the i7m lists for $2,500, the i5 for $1,900 prices I consider insanely inflated, Amazon actually sells the i7 model for $1,407.
Amazon's reviews of these are typical of what i have seen elsewhere: roughly 2/3 think this is the greatest most portable laptop they have ever experienced.
1/3 say they have a ton of technical issues, break easily and repair and service are a complete nightmare.

You spelled Lenovo wrong.

Speaking of which, how often do the Lenovo prices fluctuate on the outlet site? The $361 one is now about forty bucks more.

I'm not hostile to Dell, yeah I prefer Thinkpads mostly for the trackpoint, but Dell's Outlet is reasonably trustworthy for shipping clean product, they match Lenovo in offering a real warranty on their Outlet stuff, except the cutback on monitors, unfortunately..and with an extra 20-25% off there are some very good deals to be found.

Lenovo pricing is...irrational. All the prices are weird odd numbers, often they will have 3 versions of the same item, some with more memory and bigger faster drives...and all at the exact same price. And prices do fluctuate quite a bit.  Now and then they have weekend sales and slash an extra $100 off most items, it pays to take a peek every day and with patience you can often find a really good bargain. I only post here when there are at least 20 of an item generally and there's a chance they will still be there later that day...

Anyone have any suggestions on those Dell monitors for Friday?

I'm thinking 22" or 24". My main use is really work related. I have a Thinkpad W520 now and at home it's usually docked and this would be my secondary monitor. The main need is to have on new monitor Outlook and use it to edit documents side by side.

I'm thinking 16:9 may be a better aspect ratio for this.

The E2314H  is $169 right now (not including the 25% off on Friday) and is 16:9, 23". I'm leaning towards this one, but i know jack shit about monitors at this point.

1. We tend to be monitor snobs around here...see the Monitor Lust thread. (I'd only consider IPS 1900x1200 24" or above stuff)
2. That's a TN screen when IPS would be far more suitable for your use. I realize this is for secondary use, but I'd spluge for the P2314H which is IPS and, I know, not available at the Outlet currently.
OTOH how wrong can you go for $127 ? Just keep in mind it only has VGA and DVI-D which may limit it's repurposing later.

Thanks for the feedback. One thing I may want to do is go HDMI since then I can run 3 monitors at a time. I have a shitty old Dell monitor that's VGA only.that I may want to keep.

I'm a monitor snob in the case of TV's, where I'm a die hard plasma fan and would never buy an LED/LCD. On the computer monitor side, it's really only going to be used for work so I really don't care.

For $200 premium, what is IPS going to buy me over TN?

The only real 'pro' TN has is some can be 'faster' which only matters for serious gaming.
The cons: limited viewing angles both horizonally and vertically...and as soon as you shift even slightly from dead on, you get serious color shifts of the image, followed by the image going to total shit as you get more off angle.

IPS had much wider viewing angles in both planes, the colors stay consistent as your head shifts and most people find text is clearer on an IPS monitor.
The cons: Slightly 'slower' which only matters in fast action games and IPS generally have a 'glow' issue, on black backgrounds there is a low level 'glow' (hard to describe but once you see it you understand) that keeps it from looking pitch black.

at Newegg this weekend

Corsair power supplies:

Corsair CX500M 500 watt modular Bronze $55 - $20 rebate = $35 with promo code EMCPDWG59
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139050

Overkill for those using cpu graphics, modular to keep it all uber neat.

Corsair CX600 600 watt Bronze $58 - $20 rebate = $38 with promo code EMCPDWG62
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139028

Good for most serious video setups, including dual cards, not modular.

Dell B1160w basic laser printer   $60

Listed so I can explain why you should NOT buy this. Wireless option but way way too 'basic", only one feed tray (will handle envelopes... when you remove the paper and readjust the feed to handle them... isn't that convenient?).
Toner carts only claim to handle 1500 pages and the starter cart only 700 and aftermarket replacements for this are not easily available. Spec is this does 600x600 when almost all current lasers are, at minimum 1200x600 resolution. Specs say "the fuser unit is good for the life of the machine"...translation... even THEY think this is a disposable POS. You can get better Samsungs and much better Canons for the same sort of money. Just say no....

DIYPC Solar-M1-G case  $35 - $10 rebate = $25
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811353025

This is a bottom end brand, the look is X Man NEON green (trim and fans), large window and overall styling that's tageted at the average 7 year old boy gamer... what makes it interesting is it's just about the cheapest available case to include the modern basics correctly: it has 2 USB 3.0 ports and 2 USB 2.0 ports, all very widely spaced so all very useful, on the front panel, built in front panel card reader, bottom ps mounting of course, 2 120mm fans, it even has punchouts on back to accomodate water cooling. Now the reality: the metal used is a bit more substantial than tissue paper...just. There are NO additional fan options and the included fans are very cheap. It's an intriguing mix of good design ideas, really bad taste and ultra-cheap executuion.

Roku 3 HD refurb $70 with promo code EMCPDWG56
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16815328010

Ten bucks cheaper than Amazon refurbs, with only 90 day warranty of course.

Trends at the Lenovo Outlet

Instead of listing a large quantity of the same model, they are now tending to make 20 or 30 single listings of the same model, which is nowhere near as convenient.
So far this weekend prices seem high, 3 weeks ago I grabbed an E531 with i5 cpu and fast 500 gig HD for $404, today they have a few E531 and E431 with i3 cpu and only 320 slower HD, all for $431 or higher.

Newegg deals til Monday:

OCZ VTX460-25SAT3-240G 2.5" 240GB SATA III MLC Flash Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)   with promo code
EXLEMC23673  $120 - $20 rebate = $100
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820228106

OCZ collapsed into bankruptcy thanks to their shaky finances and abysmal quality control. Now they are "A Toshiba Group Company" and that makes all the difference. This drive uses Toshiba MLC flash which is faster and more durable than what's used in most cheap SSD's (compare this to the Samsung 840 Pro line, not the EVO), and OCZ's own controller, not the common SandForce. The result is good performance, and durability now backed by a real company, but Toshiba has to repair the extensive damage to the brand name and we get a commercial 240 drive for pennies more than a 128. Great deal.

CORSAIR CX series CX750 750W ATX12V / EPS12V SLI Ready CrossFire Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE
with promo code EXLEMC23676  $70 - $20 rebate = $50
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139040

ANOTHER Corsair PS ??!! This is how they manage to dominate the market and, in case you haven't figured it out by now, Corsair PS are ALWAYS on sale and you have to be a complete idiot to buy one at list...whatever size you want will be on sale within the next 2 weeks. in this case non-modular and will power virtually anything including high end dual video card setups.

OCZ sold out from Newegg.
Unfortunately, I still have OCZ stock (insert Price is Right 'you lose' sound)
