Yeah last three minutes they have put on the clamps. Similar to what they did vs. Xavier. Not sure if Loyola will have the ideas or the athletes to figure it out.
71 points in 28 minutes for Michigan. That's actually kind of funny to even ponder.
I agree letting them play except when it's truly egregious. I like that so long as it keeps going both ways.
Michigan really taking advantage of the bigger, slower TAM defenders. They keep switching on defense and Williams and especially Davis keep getting torched.

Loyola had Towns and Nevada had Hall. And that was the difference. Hall missed the huge shots, Towns didn't.
Where was the press? Had 2 fouls to give. Made it way too easy for Loyola to milk the clock.
Yeah, only a 5 second difference between shot and play clock. You've got to at least pressure and try to force a turnover, but they just sat back and let them drain the clock.

So uh Michigan looks like they woke up. Also (and I'm a Michigan fan) I'd want to murder Duncan Robinson all the time. Talk talk talk talk talk at his teammates at his coaches at the refs. Maybe its useful and they love him like the Sox "loved" Lackey but I can't see it.
Loyola shot 75% in the 2nd Half and were outscored by 3 points in the half. That does not happen often.
Wagner is definitely more obvious about his shit talk and Matthews looks like he's heating up in that dept.
I'd also like the bench emptied. No dumb injuries.
Hope Townes is okay. Webber just sort of glossed over, but it looked like his knee hyperextended or buckled before any contact from the Nevada player.
Hate to blame one kid, but Kendall Stevens for Nevada going 0-8 from 3 point land (all of his shots by the way), killed them. He shot 44.4% from 3 this year, and 92% from the line, and averaged 13.4 points. If he makes just two of those shots, they probably win.
