If I can nitpick…I almost wish the sets were used to tell more of a linear story starting with N.W.A.

As someone that grew up with the music, it struck me while watching, how improbable it is that this would wind up a Super Bowl halftime show.
But I guess moving it even further toward a west coast hip hop celebration and retrospective, makes it even less mainstream lol
Was also hoping for some NWA in there. Also was hoping Em and Dre would have more time together to do something. Still awesome though.

I don't mind swallowing whistles but the refs should have known something was weird there

Without the face mask though it actually wasn't OPI, so... whatever, they missed a face mask

Weird play. A little grab of the face mask but it also looked like Ramsey badly misplaced where the ball was.

I know the Bengals just scored

But Kendrick being out there and doing Alright is so fucking phenomenal and necessary and awesome.

Yeah the halftime show was better than most, but it doesn’t touch Prince or Beyoncé for me. Mary J. and Kendrick were the only parts that really felt electric. It was all one-and-only when I was hoping for just a little more muthafuckin’.

Obviously the Bengals enjoyed it.

A little grab? Are you serious? That was as an egregious a non-call as I can remember

I guess it was one of the best non-Prince Super Bowl performances, but I watched it with my 10-year-old and you have no idea how old explaining the performers made me feel
