Good win for Dallas, but that 3rd period should worry them a little going forward. When TB started playing their game, they dominated.
That’s happened to the Stars all playoffs long. They’ve generally been badly outshot but they keep winning.
This is intentional...Dallas (like the NYI) is more than happy to give up shots from the outside. Dallas had the xG advantage 3.5-2.8 tonight.

Yeah, Maroon is a turd, too. They are all up and down the Tampa lineup. Even Kucherov gets away with a lot of shit because of how good he is.

The fact that someone on their team seems to spend 5-10 seconds after every whistle complaining to the refs about something doesn't help, either. This is not the 2011 Lightning that I really enjoyed watching, they are a lot closer to the 2011 Caunucks.
Kucherov is a talented rat. Maroon is a dirtbag. They do remind me of the 2011 Canucks.

You want Dobby stories?

The Athletic has tons of Dobby stories.

Hartlieb: I remember coming to practice, and down here it’s 95 degrees out, and he shows up with fur Ugg boots and shorts and a T-shirt. I just remember him walking in the locker room wearing fur Uggs. He was like, “Oh, what? You like my shoes?” I’m like, “Anton, it’s like 100 degrees outside,” and he’s like, “These are the best.”
Tim Cook, Texas Wildcatters and Florida Everblades teammate (2007-09): He taught me five words in Russian. Two of them are clean (hello and thank you) and the other three are curse words.

Bad TO for the goal there. Stars can't be chasing the game against the Bolts, not a recipe for success.

Games 4 and 5 are on consecutive nights. That's interesting.
NHL brass basically hoping for injuries with this. JFC, how can this be justified? Don't want to go up against SNF? OK, at least have the balls to go up against MNF! And I seriously doubt anyone planning to watch the SCF cares that much about SNF or MNF, provided that the Cowboys or Bucs aren't involved.
