I really hate the 3 players per club rule. West Ham are loaded with undervalued players right now.
Probably Swansea too.

My wife is enjoying her reign of terror.  In addition to leading the SoSH league, I made a two-person head-to-head league so we could play each other every week, and of course she's beating me in that.  I'm taking my beating manfully, I think.

My wife is thrilled for The Bunnyhampton Bunnies, not even caring that she's 55 places behind Mrs. OCST.

Women do this differently than us I think. And I know we'll never hear the end of it if we end the season behind them.

Have player prices changed yet? When does that typically occur?

I don't think there have been any price changes yet.  Price changes are processed daily, in the middle of the night UK time (so earlier here).  My guess is that the transfer market is open but that no player has had enough net transfers in or out yet to cause his price to move.

The Premier League Goal Accreditation Panel has credited Man City's first goal to Silva, rather than Yaya.  Looking forward to the extra points once they update that info.

Unfortunately for you and other Silva owners, panel rulings don't affect points in fantasy.

Do free transfers carry over week to week if you don't use them?

There's also usually 2 weeks for unlimited transfers.

Just a reminder everyone that there's a game at 2:45 today -- so get your rosters set.

There is?  Shit.  Missed it.  Oh well.

Have there ever been Friday night games? I can't remember any.

No, first one, caused by a weird set of circumstances, however there will be at least 10 scheduled Friday matches next season.

A couple questions:

a)  Are there unlimited transfers for the first two weeks of the season, or just two certain weeks?

b)  The bonus thing (Ex:  bench points).  Is this a one time thing per season for each one, or can you use one of the choices per week?

c)  Do you feel better about your team knowing some idiot is asking the first two quesitons above?

Thanks much.

a) Only two certain weeks.  To get unlimited free transfers you have to play a "wildcard".  You get two, one for the first half of the season and one for the second half.

b) The bonus chips (bench plays, extra attacker, triple captain points) are new this year.  You can use each one only once per season.

c) No, not after the disaster that has been my first two weeks (after two weeks, my team has combined for zero goals, one assist, and one clean sheet, AND my goalkeeper has been sent off both weeks).

a) There are unlimited transfers BEFORE the first week. After that you get one week in each half in which you can choose to use unlimited transfers.
b) Yes. Once each over the course of the season
c) Not really. Chelsea is murdering me. (also I've left a shit ton of points on the bench each week because I couldn't bring myself to bench Ivanovic or Hazard).

I see I'm not the only one using Curtouis and Adrian.

For keepers, I try to look at 3 game stretches. Find one guy with 3 decent matchups, start him, and spend as little as possible on the backup goalie (4.0 or 4.5).

I usually look for two fairly cheap good keepers who have no real threat so it is unlikely both have terrible matchups at the same time, then just go with the better matchup each week, and never have to wast a transfer on Keepers.
Of course I didn't follow it this season and got Cech who is shitting the bed.

Well, I did follow it, and went with Cech for his early season matchups.

And, well...yeah.

For the second year in a row, I've had to fire pretty much my whole team and start over with the wildcard right off the bat.

I forgot to swap out keeper so I'm going against ManU and not Sunderland.

Silva's injury in conjunction with Coutinho's suspension is shaping up for a depressingly weak midfield for the Treble Chasers this week (sad face).

I picked a good wild card week. Joel Ward being out as well doesn't help things.

Enter: Aaron Cresswell :fonz:

This is a great wild card week. All the players moving to new teams, many of them not price adjusted yet.

I hope my decision to captain The Sanchize was pleasing.
