What a fucking fight!!!! Ironically, I think Wilder’s conditioning cost him.

The fucking balls on Fury!! He was asleep till 4.

Don’t mind the draw, but how does Wilder win by 4? And by don’t mind the draw I mean I think Fury won on points due to the system, but the fight itself was a draw I’d say.

I thought a draw was fair. But if you go round by round i think Fury won enough rounds. But it's a draw. Fury the better boxer, but Wilder has the haymaker.

I mean, it isn’t a fight. If it was Wilder won.

Boxing is a sport that has specific rules and scoring. Based on the criteria, Fury clearly won. I cannot understand how that one judge had it 114-110 Wilder.

We all get that, but it’s also a 2,000+ year plus old sport, and just because it’s scored a specific way in this iteration doesn’t mean we forget its spirit. In that sense, the draw doesn’t bother me.

I've never more vehemently disagreed with showtime's commentating tonight. I thought it was gross and hbo level bad.

If some of you are going to honestly sit here and tell me Fury won the first 6 or 7 rounds straight, then fine. I'll give up watching boxing because that was hot garbage.

He did nothing, tried nothing, and barely started landing in the 7th. It was a gross performance. I don't want to hear that boxing bullshit. He wasn't landing or throwing for the first 5 fucking rounds.

It was less that Fury was doing a lot than that Wilder was doing even less. I had a hard time scoring the first 5 rounds. Gave Wilder the first, then just kinda gave up because they were so even.

I’m happy about tonight. It was a great fight. There’s a solid American heavyweight and a heavyweight with mic skills to rival McGregor. The public will accept a draw. It was a good night for boxing and I enjoyed the fight a lot.

Wilder barely landed a punch in the first five rounds. Pretty sure the stats will back that up. Two of three judges gave four of the first five rounds to Fury. I think that's about right. Rochin gave four of the first five to Wilder.

I agreed with you regarding the last GGG fight - but not this time. Overall Fury landed more punches, but Wilder had those knock downs. Two very different styles made for a compelling contest.

I think a draw is fair, even if I had Fury ahead.

Well that was entertaining. Fury just ended his press conference by getting everyone to sing a verse and chorus of American Pie, then he drops the mic and says, 'make sure you tip the waitresses on your way out' - i think he's won over a few folk tonight.

Apparently Stevenson was in critical condition for awhile after the knockout but is stable now.

Madgziak-Lopes on HBO is an old friend. She married Wayne Lopes who helped train me at Petronelli’s back in the day. Wayne’s son Manny was one of the best boxers I ever met, but passed away around this time a couple years ago after struggling with an opioid addiction that began when he broke his hand. She’s a huge underdog, but it’d be a very poignant win for the family.

And just a bit more about Manny, because I know he’ll be on Aleksandra and Wayne’s mind tonight. He was such a good fucking kid. Nice as hell. Could crack in the ring. We were around the same weight so we sparred a bunch. He had a jab like a right cross and could move incredibly fluidly. Definitely would’ve been a title contender. I saw him hold his own with Andrade, when he’d come up from Providence with his brothers.

Also, a great looking kid. Had a part in that movie Bride Wars. Guy could’ve been anything he wanted in life. I know people say that whenever someone dies young, but it’s true here. Fucking oxy.

Judges get right, thankfully. Dogboe already looks like a guy looks about 10 hours after a beating, not 10 minutes. He's going to be in rough shape in the morning.

La Mancha.
I don't watch much boxing, but saw the first two fights tonight. It is an awful and beautiful sport and I want to watch more. That young man from Mexico was impressive and classy in victory.

Watch Loma. This guy is the best fighter I’ve ever seen. Like I just said but I’ll say it again. He’s fucking magic.

Pedraza's putting up a much better fight than anyone gave him a chance of doing. Stephen A. Smith was talking about him like he was a walking tomato can pre-fight. Right about now, I'm kinda wishing I threw a little something on him at 35-1. Probably won't win, but he's hanging in there long enough that a lucky shot isn't out of the question.

He’s landing power shots at like 7% and Loma is ostensibly standing in front of him. Loma is just collecting data. Give it 3-4 more rounds. I’ll take some money off you though if you wanna lay it now.

LOL, nope. Loma just looks rusty though. He should easily win on the cards, but it's definitely not the fight I was expecting.

I stumbled upon the boxing tonight and am so glad that I did. One of the more entertaining nights of television I've had in a long time.

Mayweather won the exhibition in Japan with a first round TKO. That puts his exhibition fight record at 2-0, but the first win should have an asterisk since he used brass knuckles to KO The Big Show at Wrestlemania.
