Hope someone snagged that Memphis by 21+ at +1600 or so. Tyler Herro single-handedly ruined our night. 10 more threes for him with everyone else combining for 14-60.

Can he do it again Sat afternoon in San Antonio? Without him this team has little offense and tired legs…..and it’s a day game. Heavy artillery….engage!!!

EDIT: Literally at a loss for words on those final 4 minutes. Hoping someone at least got a push out of it. Absolutely insane.
How on earth did I get a push out of that?!? I had stopped following the score when it was I think 217 with 3 min left?

The ole 9-0 run over the final 5 min of a close game (5-0 run over final 4 min). Zero fouls down the stretch to boot!

Bet 1.25x tonight’s bankroll on Grizz -2 and .75x on a Rockets +4/U219 parlay. Pushed on the total won the others. Profit is profit!

edit: that math doesn’t make sense. I’m kinda drunk. Whatever!

I’ll give this a BOOM!

Cleaned up on Memphis, and luckily bought .5 point on the O/U line with Miami to 219. I too turned it off with about 4 min left assuming the loss — so it feels like a win!

I looked at the line history along with the time I posted and thought everyone missed the 219 but glad to hear that at least some did well with it. Makes me happy.

Game ended up closing at 216 after getting as low as 215.5

HA! I didn’t have the Houston side of the equation so I didn’t bother looking at the score after around 4 minutes left because I had U219 and it was at 214. What game has 5 points scored in 4 minutes these days?

First night with the Celtics coming back from a long West Coast road trip
+ BOS has struggled this season with multiple days off this season (1-4)
+TL disruption? or addition?
+ Where's Horford?
+ Orlando is playing better with 4 straight wins, that has tall/good players

Orlando finally healthy after a brutal injury start to the year, Bol had added a unique dimension and my 50-1 ticket on Franzie Wags for MIP is awaiting SGA’s season ending injury. I’m also heavy on Magic season Win Total and even a sprinkle on winning division at silly number that I added to before I left for trip at I think +14000. Big fan of this team outperforming the market.

Celtics with an exhale game after a “dig deep” win, return home, and the integration of TL are in a flat spot. At breakfast with the in-laws which is throwing off my routine so unsure how to attack……Orlando +13 and the Celtics Team Total Under looks good here to me.

Let’s do this again with two good ones!!

* Nets -1

Curry and Mills both questionable so hoping one of them can go tonight. Simple handicap in that I feel Toronto can’t stop Brooklyn from scoring nearly as much as they, and the Nets, can stop themselves. Toronto is on my fade list and at an essential pick I like this spot for the Nets who have been cruising while quietly winning 8 of 9.

* Orlando +12.5

Seems like the 13’s are gone but this number is way overinflated with the Celtics returning from their west coast trip and a dig deep OT win over the Lakers. Magic are still being rated off their early season results when their entire backcourt was out and they had no guards for a chunk of games. This is also the opener of the Magic 4-game road trip as they look to improve their road performances from back when they were playing shorthanded.

I have this closer to 9. I also like Under 227 and again we have a chance to smash a correlated parlay. Even a Celtics TT Under 119 is good here as unlike some I feel the integration of TL will slow down our pace and offense some…..but help stay below the 227 as well.

Boom is right. 227 and the Nets were close. Thanks to Jaylen for missing that FT and I hate to say it but thank you Kyrie for the winner.

On to early tip under MIA/San Antonio.

Side note, the under in the PC/Seton Hall game could be interesting at noon. Seton Hall guards like nobodies business and can’t score. PC still learning to play with 5 new starters.

I’m gonna have much more than the Under in Heat/Spurs. Juicy ML here with the Spurs too.

* Spurs +8 (overnight)

Got down for limited amount tonight as this number is going to close closer to 6/5.5 but I’ll be up at 7am looking to add more. Under Heat TT is a good look too similar to Celtics one tonight once it comes out around 114(?) I’m guessing. I don’t see an Overnight Total anywhere but in the am I’ll strongly consider anything Under 220 which is about where I’d expect it to open.

* I don’t play many of these in the NBA but a MLP (money line parlay) with smoking Memphis and Milwaukee on a bounce back, both 6-7 pt favorites, looks good here too.

I got a sharp pain in my side when you mentioned NBA teasers. Keep Booming!!
First one I did all year, more for fun than anything. Horrible bet, I know.

I somehow just doubled on Lakers despite AD going out at the half. Got some juice to play with tomorrow . . . . .

I like that sprinkle!!

Non-NBA angle:
Starting in 50 min. Playing Over 2.5 Goals in World Cup 3rd Place matchup Croatia/Morocco.

11 of the last 12 3rd Place games have gone Over todays posted total of 2.5 with 2018 2-0 Final breaking the streak. Def passes the smell test of match opening up too.

Under hit easily.
Heat TT Under was a sweat but held on.
After the Heat dribble out their final possession and secure the 10-pt win……the Spurs run an aggressive set to score but miss a clean look in the lane to not cover the 8.5 LOL! Would have been a wonderful gift from Pop to get the sweep!

Other day game went way Under as well. Gold!

I was planning on the identical hammer as yesterday but the overnights came out early and pummeled the Magic from 13.5 to 10.5 last I checked. Under for sure, probably Celtics TT Under next and the spread is now getting close to where it should be. I’m sad as I was really looking forward to that same number. Under should be fantastic though.

Same here. Great first Q.

The degen in me wants to look for the real time Under to get low enough where I can play the over, but the way these teams look right now I have no confidence that this game doesn’t finish below 200.

I rarely play live this way. 95% of my live action would be if I play an Under pregame and the teams come out on fire and I can get a better number live anticipating regression.

We just need to dodge that 4th OT today. ;)

NBA Futures. (Used units simply to show how I broke down my two sprinkles)

* Orlando Magic - Over 27 Wins (1u)
* Orlando - Make Playoffs +1100 (.15u)
* Franz Wagner - Most Improved Player +6000 (.05u)

I think these Magic are going to surprise a lot of people this year and I dove into this one pretty good. Banchero’s game is made for this league, he’s physically mature, will benefit by more spacing than he had at Duke and I expect a seamless transition to this level. On top of that, he’s a perfect fit for what this team was missing in a 3/4 who can score amd create on the perimeter.

I expect several young players to make a leap this year. Cole Anthony should take a leap as he has a legendary work ethic and BBIQ of a 10-yr vet. Not the highest ceiling but a pure leader who provides value beyond the stat sheet.

Franz Wagner flew under the radar last year and if he continues allowing the game to slow down for him could become an impact player. I did not like him at this level coming out of the draft but the kid is a legit player. We don’t know what Suggs is yet and I was not high on him coming out of that draft slot either but he can still become a quality player.

Wendell Carter has quietly developed into a reliable big who continues to improve. Along with the return of a heathy Mo Bamba you have the makings of a solid frontcourt.

Hey we are talking about getting to 28 Wins…not competing for a Title! Sneaking into postseason is right there for them. Please join me in adopting a “second team” to root for all season.
From preseason. I’ve since added some Division Win props early last week. So proud of my baby magics. $niff.

The team they have today isn’t the same team that was losing all those games early in the year. They played a bunch of games literally without any guards on the roster when Fultz and Anthony were out which makes their current record misleading. Solid team.

Good example of spots I like is a Live Under on Warriors/Raptor after fire 1Q 3-pt shooting including Draymond 3-3. Waiting on next dead ball timeout.

Edit: Took some Under 233.5

Edit: Pretty sure I got optimal entry point. The next timeout (end of 1) and number is 227.5

Edit3: Never got a big drought and go down by 1.5 inside of :40 in garbage time.

Got one good one for the Totals lovers.

* Under 221.5 Jazz/Cavs

Utah score 8.6 ppg fewer on the road than at home which balloons to 10.1 when you account for their two OT games being on the road. They haven’t scored >102 in 5 of their 16 and now embark on a road trip that opened up with 96 vs the Giannis-less Bucks and face Cleveland, who plays at the leagues slowest pace.

I see this number going only in one direction from here so jump on quick.

Edit: Down to 220 from when I began post that was interrupted by family member visit. In-laws costing us points ugh. I still like down to 217.

My other good one tonight is Atlanta -8 playing off the Magic exhale after winning B2B in Boston. Great spot for the Hawks and even though they aren’t the most trustworthy bunch this is a dream spot for them. Also look at the Winning Margin 17-20 and 21+ if you have access to them. This could easily be a 20-pt plus win if certain things align.

I consider this late night one “a good one” but you may have to hold your nose and close your eyes to click it.

* Charlotte + 10

Sacramento’s first game home after a long and successful road trip. Perfect spot for an exhale with the Hornets entering town. Charlotte covered at Denver in the first game of their trip (almost shared that one here), nearly squeaked out a win last night and should fight hard for a win on this trip……and if they fail we have a 10-pt cushion. Great spot here.

Sorry man. My family delayed post from going out 20 min sooner. I got some wins and pushes at 221. Brutal.

We were caught in the “Under Death Trap” of a team up 20-25 as the 4Q became a track meet with nobody pretending to defend and everyone looking to get their numbers. Live total was below 220 for entire game up until 6 min to go then it hovered.

Utah with another clunker on the road and try again in Detroit. While the Pistons are not a good defensive team I’m not sure Utah can hit their share of the number against 5 Jianlian chairs. Jazz are a mess with a long trip ahead of them…..and suddenly are road favorites?

* Lots of ways to play this one. Pistons +2.5, Under 230…..Jazz TT Under 117 may be best and is what I’ll be on most.

* Since we’re having a Team Total theme tonight I’m also on Warriors TT Under 108 but am good playing the Knicks as well.

* Third one is back to the well on a Heat TT Under 113.5 returning home against the Bulls and the visitors catching 5.5 is good too.

I’d like to begin posting more educational/informational pieces rather than “Hey I’ve got a great spot!”

Definitely welcome the tutorials. I will say you've done a good job explaining some of your thoughts/plays around things like day game unders, teams and their progression during long road trips, etc. that have helped a ton.

Thank you sir.

Well I’ve got another “ugly one” tonight for everyone who enjoyed the Kings last night.

* Wizards +7

Booker out for Phoenix, following his 58 pt game, along with 3 other rotation players. The Wizards have lost 10 straight but most without Beal who is back and should be fighting hard for a win on this trip.
