I don't know where ESPN came up with those numbers. Looks like some sort of aberration in their 2020 stats. Maybe it's the Tatis effect. Petco is HR suppressing.

Do you know if that is coming into this season or including this season? Because it seems to change a lot sometimes year to year these days as teams tweak their parks.

I think it includes the 2020 season. If you flip back, it’s lower in previous seasons in the ESPN numbers. Maybe because they avoided the heaviest marine layer months this year? Who knows.

Some of the newer statcast-based park factors actually seem to put Petco slightly above average on HR friendliness. So maybe your boys will be OK.
