A lot of weight is carried in their activity metrics (how long were people watching, how engaged were they, etc). So, its not just clicks, but making engaging content.Anyone have suggestions for getting a YouTube channel pushed by the algorithm?
Engagement is huge, it's why the top creators are always exhorting people to like, comment, and subscribe.Other than the hot chick, we've done most everything you've stated ... gone back and made a couple of better thumbnails and sticking with that template for future episodes. We'd prefer fewer viewers who were more engaged, but for now we're just trying to get as many eyeballs on it as possible, hoping to find those people.
