Would Dee Ford fit into our system? He'd make such a great edge rusher. Not that he'd fall to us...

Dee Ford just batted the remote out of my hands. He's fucking everywhere.

This is a painful interview... and a terrible analogy. Jesus Christ - just admit you want brand exposure.

This may come back to haunt me but I don't think Boyd succeeds as a QB in the NFL.

Chris Boswell representing!

He's an option if the Pats want to bring in a kicker to compete with Gostkowski in the 7th or something. Big leg, 13 50+-yard FGs in his career. Not much cold-weather kicking experience though.

How's my binky Fiedorowicz doing? Can't catch a stream over here in Korea.

I only saw the first half of the game but he had great success in blocking at least from what I recall. I didn't recall him catching anything. He rarely got free in time after his chip or block. That might not be bad though if his main assignment was to block.

Yeah, I don't think they used him in the passing game at all, which is too bad.

Dee Ford had a great performance, but he did a lot of his damage against the RTs (particularly Seantrel Henderson, who struggled a lot). Would have been interesting to see how he did against Zach Martin.

PFF with senior bowl grades:
https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2014/01/27/refo-north-vs-south-2014-senior-bowl/2/

Some notes:
LT Zach Martin with a +2.8 (his +2.0 run blocking grade was tops for the game)
+6.8 for DT Aaron Donald led everybody.
Dee Ford had the top pass-rushing grade for the south with +3.6 but run D (-1.6) and penalties (-1.8) dragged him down. Chalk this up as "PFF being PFF."
QB Tajh Boyd (-3.4) the worst-graded player on either squad.
Unimpressive grades for many of our binkies: -2.1 for Fiedorowicz, -0.9 for Bitonio, +0.3 for Taliaferro. Trent Murphy had a +1.9 (but just -0.1 in pass rushing).

The more I see and read about Trent Murphy the less impressed I am. If it is true that most of his sacks and pressure were on slow developing plays then I wouldn't want to pay a premium to draft that.

I've watched him for two years and he got pressure fast a lot.  That said he's not a JPP-type ultra elite athlete.  I suspect he slides a bit and ends up being a pretty solid contributor--maybe like an older Calvin Pace.
