So thats a tough play, but looking at the replay it seemed like Springer had the best chance of making a catch and Bichette went a little too far out. Not assigning blame or anything, just seemed like the CF ball.

I thought the same. But that runs into "the SS keeps going until someone calls him off." Didn't hear any audio. (Not sure I want to)

shitty play and I hope Springer is okay. That is cf ball. Now maybe he didnt call off or bo didnt realize depth. But that is cf. even if he is short he one hops and gets it in to prevent the runs or dives and ss or 2b backup
