After the game Gurley said he had no restrictions and was physically fine. Either he's lying or the Rams made a big mistake as Goff was clearly struggling.
The weird thing was that he seemed totally nonplussed about it. If I was him, and I was truly healthy, I'd be soooooo pissed.

If this was the Pats, like Butler last year, there would be a hell lot of conversation about this. I see Rams fans are pissed and want to know what's up, but LA's media is so lax.

He has to be injured / gimped in some way, and they hid it to try to fool us on the gameplan (spoiler: it did not work).

Here
Two targets in the passing game. I thought he would torch our linebackers. Two targets.
He’s hurt and was very slow. He broke one 16 yard run with a massive hole to run through and other than that was 2 YPC. Our LB are faster than he is now.

Gurley said he’s fine because admitting your coach lied about the injury isn’t helpful.

Yes, he had no burst in the NFCCG, and didn't show much more tonight. He's hurt.

I just watched the NFL Network interview CJ Anderson, the last question was about the split of carries between them and Anderson said something like “Todd went as much as he could tonight.” Interesting phrasing if Gurley was truly 100%.

(CJ Anderson also comes across as a really thoughtful, articulate person. He talked a lot about wanting to win for some of the long time coaches and vets on the team. He seemed really genuine.)

Gurley not being in the injury report is bullshit.

We’d be hearing about investigations and fines and draft pick forfeitures were he a Pats player.

Players don't need to be on the injury report if they practice and the coaching/medical staffs deem the player likely to play.

Yea, but that’s only because the league and non-NE fans want to tear down the Patriots.

Why does the injury report even exist? Is it just a gambling thing?
My recollection is that it is about gambling, but in the sense of encouraging transparency and avoiding the ability for insider info to become something worth buying (by bettors from team personnel).

So the over/under missed the mark by 40, which apparently was the largest miss ever since they began tracking those things.
