Samsung Smart TV and Netflix

I got a Samsun Smart TV for Christmas and I've been using it to watch Netflix for the past few weeks, but suddenly I've stopped being able to watch any titles whatsoever.
I get "We're having trouble playing this title right now. please try again later or select a different title." with a 'tvp-805' error code.
I googled it and followed all the suggested steps: resetting the TV, checking for firmware updates, using the Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up code, changed the DNS, etc. but it still happens.
A couple times after using the Konami code and deactivating I've been able to watch a single episode of something, but as soon as it is over I get the error again. I can't find anything online to help me further.
Does anyone know what might be causing it?
(And as a side note, when everything was 'working' well, I would occassionally have an issue where the sound would cut out and I had to 'rewind' and play again to get it to come back. That might have been my internet, though, and not netflix.)

I have a Vizio and had a similar problem but my error was "Cannot connect to Netflix". I would check the wireless connection on the tv and it would be fine. But the problem was with my router, you could connect to it but couldn't connect to the Internet through it. I rebooted the router and that fixed it
