The Lightning are such a good franchise.
Is a Canadian team ever going to win again? By math they should be good for one every 4.5 years or so but it is now 28 years and counting, with the Oilers and Flames both getting pushed to the max in series you thought would be a little easier.

Gutsy performance by the Bolts with Point out. Vas coming up big and an experienced team just choking the life out of the Leafs when it got to crunch time.
I don’t think they beat the Avs, but if someone can take the Avs out first I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see Tampa win again.
In a couple of months, there will be thousands of adult Ontarians who have never seen the Laffs win a playoff series.

Doesn't seem like either of these teams are really going to contend for the cup but the Rangers did have a better chance, (before this game was over) in my opinion.

Time for the Pens to really go nuclear on the roster and coaching staff. Can't get out of round one anymore, too many old/injured guys, blew leads in game 5, game 6, and game 7, and ultimately the series. Been a hell of a run for a decade and a half but it's over.
Concur. Lived 11 years in burgh. The tix before those 2 were basically free. The my gifted Crosby and malkin was silly. They still won 3. Sadly playing golf w the Bs for a bit
