FWIW, from 2017-2022, Sherriff pitched a whopping 44.1 innings at the major league level. At a 3.65 era, 1.31 whip, and 7.3 k/9.
In other words, hardly ever healthy, and not even very good when he has been healthy.
But we're talking about backup IF and end of the bullpen lefty, so it's not a huge deal.
