Notable change: they are increasing the rivalry series from 4 to 6 games, and taking two games away from outside division, within league games. So two less two-game series and two less four-game series. Many of one of the two rivalry series for all teams are in the middle of May.
The breakdown is now:
-52 divisional (13 each, one 4-game series, 7th home game alternates year to year)
-48 inter league (all 3 game series, all non-rivalry home teams alternate year to year)
-62 same league, non divisional (10 teams so only need two 4 game series here, one away (TEX for Red Sox 2025) and one home (CWS for Sox 2025)

Seeing ATH as the shorthand for Athletics was jarring. I honestly had no idea what that meant, then I realized that next year they are literally just "Athletics".
I'm assuming it's the home opener for the Orioles. Weekday openers like that one often are followed by a "rain date" off-day when played at a non-dome.
Three separate trips to the west coast kinda sucks. Two in a five week period near the end of the season sucks more (SD, HOU in August, then AZ, ATH in Sept).
Not just that, also a 3 game “homestand” and 3 game “road trip” in there.
On the road vs Cubs and Phillies after the ASB, then home for 3 vs Dodgers, then go to Twins for 3, then home again. Weird.
The Yankees game on Father’s Day is going to be a hot ticket.

Will definitely be cool. Only downside is DC in July could be roughly equivalent to the surface of the sun (better at 11am than 1pm, probably).
The 2018 game was absolutely brutal. But they swept, so I'll take a repeat of that.
