All losses are terrible, but some losses are less terrible than others. That was one. They played KC tough and (I think) showed that their earlier win wasn't a fluke. Carr was excellent and the offensive line looked very good. As expected, the defense had a tough day, but with all the challenges leading up to this game, and playing a really good offense, that was expected.

The drops were disappointing.

Overall though, the team seems to be on the right path.

No Ferrell, Littleton and Joyner hurt. And even then Agholor catches the deep ball they win. We are in amazing shape. Remember when everyone made fun of hiring Chucky?

Jacobs won't face DUI charges, but will be cited for failure to exercise due care. Apparently his BAC was below the legal limit. Maybe a bad driver, but not a drunk driver. At least that night.

"After an extensive review of the evidence, the Clark County District Attorney's office filed a complaint this morning only charging Josh with failure to exercise due care," read the statement by David Z. Chesnoff and Richard A. Schonfeld.

"The police investigation in the Josh Jacobs' case revealed that Mr. Jacobs' blood alcohol level was below the legal limit and therefore DUI charges are not being filed against him." Clark County District Attorney Steve Wolfson said in a statement. "However, based on Mr. Jacobs' driving behavior, my office has filed a Criminal Complaint for one misdemeanor count of Duty of Driver to Decrease Speed Under Certain Circumstances."
