Game over. Up 2-0 now. Last 30 mins Minnesota mostly dominating the Boston team.

Minnesota absolutely dummied Boston for 90% of that game. It's a Boston thing in the playoffs I guess. Haha
Still though, they packed the barn and was an extremely enjoyable series. Frankel was awesome.
And as I said earlier I love Kendall Coyne Schofield as a player and role model for women, and my daughter looks up to her. So really happy for her to win the Inaugural Walter Cup.

The Minnesota fans who celebrated a Walter Cup winning goal only to (correctly) have it disallowed can now party for real. It will be interesting to watch the PWHL grow. I’m sure a lot of NHL cities are clamoring to be added.
Chicago, Detroit, Pittsburgh, and Buffalo are the logical expansion options. Hopefully they don’t try to expand to quickly. I’d like to see the existing teams get into larger venues and really establish themselves first.
I know the PWHL has said they aren't looking at expansion for at least two more seasons. So sounds like they are handling it correctly and building on the base six teams first before adding anymore. Really seems the Walter's have a solid plan going forward for the league and this year was an overwhelming success. Hopefully the following seasons are as well. Excited for next year.

Anyone have any insight on what's going on here? Natalie Darwitz is being removed from Minnesota's GM position after winning the championship. The Athletic and all their sources seem pretty stumped.
It does seem quite odd, especially with the draft looming. Nothing to do but wait to see if the league or Darwitz give details...

The internet informs me that the old AHL Binghamton Whalers already pulled the "sideways whalers logo is a B" trick
Fleet is ok, the logo is great. Frost is amazing. Sirens and Victoire are good names but I feel like the logos are a miss. Sceptres and Charge are pretty shitty both in name and logo. I'll be getting a Fleet shirt for sure.
Sirens is a great name but it’s like they copied the SiriusXM logo. I think they nailed basically everything else with the names and logos.
I rather like the graffiti-esque design of the NY, but agree the color scheme (teal is a vile color to me) and Sirens text are meh. The design does fit the excellent double-pun name.
I saw Fleet jersey's for sale in the Bauer store yesterday. They're very sharp.
She was absolutely saving their bacon last year too. Completely agree they need speed and scoring up front, not sure how they're going to be able to do that though.
