Through 7....with 121 pitches
6 BBs to 5 Ks. Really speaks to the quality of the Mets rather than his pitching ability.

Wonder if they'll let him come out for the 8th on that pitch count.  He's a veteran.  Maybe they give him a shot at it.

The Mets are terrible, but Harang has looked fantastic this year.  Besides his other start vs. the Mets in which he shut them down, he won a 1-0 decision against Milwaukee in his first start and had another good start against the Nationals too.  I picked him up on most of my fantasy teams after his second start, and I haven't been disappointed yet.

I'd like to officially tell Harold Reynolds to STFU. Just ridiculously annoying. That official scoring decision is not the worst call in the history of MLB.

Chris Sale may be stopped by his pitch count (he is capped around 100, coming off the DL) tonight before NY gets a base runner against him.

Maybe starting to tire a bit, better contact for NY this inning and now a clean single by Almonte to end it.

He's at 90 pitches.  Very little chances he can get through 9 innings at this point, never mind without giving up a hit.  With his injury history, you'd have to be an absolute moron to let him try for it, even if he gets through another inning unscathed.  I'm guessing, being so close to 100 pitches already, that he will end this on his own, but it's going to suck being Don Mattingly if the obvious decision means he has pull Beckett and deal with him pissing and moaning after.

Now through 7 at 101 pitches. Just faced the heart of the order in the 7th (Utley/Howard/Byrd). 2 walks and has retired the last 18 since a lead-off walk in the 2nd.

If he gets three quick contact outs, you can give him a shot at it in the 9th, but another inning like that and it would be downright criminal to send him out again.
