Heston only has thrown 82 pitches. Young kid but he's thrown a 112 and a 111 pitch game for the Giants this year. Also, Bochy isn't as hung up on pitch count as most managers. It's Chris's to get, with a little bit of luck.

Through 8 now, with ease.

Pseu, hoping it happens for your sake.  Don't get this chance very often.

Back to back K's to open the 9th.  Pitchers are going to get anything close in this situation. Can't put it on at the moment.  Has the crowd turned for him yet?

“@CBSSportsMLB: Oh, by the way, Chris Young is no-hitting the Twins through six innings.”

Heston was the guy that probably lost his starting job when Peavy comes back. Now, who knows.
This is a very interesting question. Though Vogey was a bit rough in his last couple of outings, he's done a great job overall. However, I think he's the odd one out at the moment. However, Heston isn't necessarily going to stay good. I suspect both will be better than Peavy, however.

Still, awesome night. Made it home from work in just enough time to catch the final inning. Great story.

Chase Anderson through 6 at AT&T, v. a team that flew all night because the Mets are jerks and forced the Giants to play a getaway game at night.  He's doing it with an 89 mph fastball and a lot of guile.

He hit Duffy and walked MadBum.  Otherwise perfect.

Giants have hit a lot of atom balls. Most no hitters do involve some luck though.

Posey hits Anderson with a comebacker and easily makes it to first to end the no-hit bid.

Hey! Allan goddamn Webster is throwing a no-hitter! His expression and body language seems not to matter the least. Who knew!
“@seadogsradio: Allen Webster 23 R in 23 IP in AAA this season…5 no-hit innings tonight, that sounds about right for baseball. Crazy game. I love it.”

Estrada has held Baltimore hitless thru 7 tonight. 4 walks. 113 pitches. Doubt he comes out for 8th but it is John Gibbons in the Toronto dugout.

Gibbons did leave him in and Jimmy Paredes led off eighth with blooper over short for first hit. Jays lead 5-0. Gibbons came out and got Estrada..

No bonus, but we are a WHIP and ERA league, so the hit he gave up made me sad.

I don't really hate you, though.
With your board name, you can't hate anyone.
