I didn't see this live on-court reaction from Windhorst and Zach Lowe posted anywhere, at least not in this thread. I'm normally not a big fan of Windhorst's tone, but this is in the wee-hours aftermath of the victory and it had everything.

- Jackie MacMullen, who came out of retirement to cover the Celtics this season and sat down and told some stories
- Mike Zarren, who brought his dad around and gave a bunch of inside stories
- various photobombings from people in the front office or team staff
- A lot of actually good discussion about where the team fits in history, while deriding the lame excuses some people have tried to make to diminish this victory

OK maybe not everything, but it's a good listen.

Also, Cornbread sticking it to Worthy which was priceless.

Windhorst’s best leitmotif here was his refusal to let anyone spend time an hour after the victory fretting over the future – whether they could repeat, whether they could become a dynasty. He insisted Lowe and everyone just revel in the moment and it was glorious.

Chris Forsberg of NBC Sports Boston offers his own commentary but then interviews Bob Cousy at length about the season and the championship. Some great comments he had, I enjoyed how he stood up for Joe Mazzulla when Dan Shaughnessy went digging for some shots that could be taken at CJM.

"[Luka Doncic] looks like a truck driver but plays like Michael Jordan" was quite a line.

He honestly looks pretty good for 95 years old. I hope I look like that at 95.

Thanks very much @InstaFace

It is heartwarming to get Cousy’s perspective and he had astute observations. I am glad that the Celtics made an old man from Wooster very happy. I hope Cousy and Satch Sanders are part of the banner raising in the fall.

This was fun. I noticed Grant Williams in the locker room celebration scrum. Has anybody seen any other former Celtics in the celebrations? I keep hoping to see Smart partying with them.
Grant Williams, Brandon Miller, and Mark Williams were there from CHA - I thought I saw that Charles Lee invited them up but can't find it but presume the players' visit was connected to their new head coach. Marcus Bolden as well.

Driving somewhere most likely
Tacko Fall was there. There's a picture of him hugging Brad somewhere I can't find.

This article has a link to several pictures of Tacko with JT, JB and Grant. His young daughter evidently took her first steps in the hallway outside the locker room.

More than just looking good, his comments there would place him in the top half of ESPN's current roster of "experts" over the last month.

I'm not quite sure of the right place to put this, but I think I'll put it here. Some schadenfreude along with nostalgia...

NY Daily News (2017) looks back on the Billy King deal

(I'll add, I did not know that Bobby Marks, current Twitter salary-cap aficionado, was actually the Assistant GM of the Nets at the time)
OMG, that article is incredible. There is this beautiful symmetry of first-time coach Jason Kidd enticing Pierce to come to the Nets (who then enticed KG), blowing up the team by being threatened by Lawrence Frank and trying to usurp the GM by getting him fired and leaving the team for Milwaukee, hence helping send the team into a tailspin – and him losing to the Celtics team his toxic personality unwittingly helped build.

where I was last at
I just watched the Sox honor the WCBC and seeing all the Celts in Sox jerseys it got me thinking:

Can you name 3 guys who had important roles for both teams?

In case if anyone was wondering if this was worth watching, it's his usual schlock, focusing on daily minutiae and spending 5 minutes choosing his outfits in front of the camera, but the post-G5 celebration video starts at 30:55 and is a nice view of the postgame, trophy presentation, and locker room celebration. For a minute and a half, anyway.
