Why isn't the new stadium there enclosed, like in Houston? The summers are unbearable and it's not like the area is completely dry in the better months.

Not that I'm rooting for the Phillies, but why don't they go the route the Yankees take with Judge and bat Harper first or second? Would it really matter if he and Schwarber hit back to back?

He went 3-3 yesterday but he is still playing hurt, .676 OPS after coming back in late August.
