I have a mac server. I have three window's 10 PCs. One of the PC's can see the server, the other two cannot. I am not smart. I am willing to pay someone that is smart to come fix this problem, but I am not even smart enough to figure out how to do that. Apparently the Geek Squad no longer offers this service and instead they want you to sign up for a monthly support plan.

Does anyone know of a reputable service that I can hire to come to my office to resolve this, or does anyone have any suggestions that someone that is not smart might be able to successfully implement?

Are these machines that had Windows 10 on them when purchased, or are these upgraded Windows 7 or Windows 8 machines? What version of Windows 10 are they running, the Home or Pro version?

Are all 3 PCs on the same Network and in the same Workgroup?
All three are on the same network but so far as I know no Workgroup has been established.

These machines came with Windows 10 installed. Thank you for the link. I read it, didn't understand it, read it again and still don't really understand it but will give it a go. Thank you!
