He’s good for a few ridiculous penalties but in the right scheme he is ok. Wasn’t as good under Gregg iirc. Better when Todd was coaching him. It’s a bit of a blur.

YES!!! I was secretly hoping that the Pats would pick him up: I’m friends with his Godmother here in Atlanta. Seriously. He’s a local kid.

I'm a Stanford fan and I absolutely love this guy. I've always thought he'd be an absolute beast as a 5 tech for the pats who kicked kick inside a little especially on passing downs. I guess injuries have hurt his career a little but every time I see him I think he's a guy who should be getting more run.

Also, this is the signing that pushed this day into pure silliness. Like, no other team is going to be able to sign anyone cuz we just signed them all.

Half expecting to refresh this forum and see that they've picked up my mother on a 3 yr/$24M deal. What's this make? 112 players signed today?

Would be nice if they weren’t a fucking tire fire against the run, and their three front seven signings plus Hightower’s return will really help that cause.

You're mom wouldn't get a penny over $20M, anyone that's seen her on the field knows she's lost a step... sheesh.

Just looked up some 2020 PFF grades for comparison (new players in bold):
  1. Lawrence Guy: 68.2 (link)
  2. Henry Anderson: 67.9 (link)
  3. Davon Godchaux: 57.4 (link)
  4. Byron Cowart: 52.3 (link)
  5. Adam Butler: 51.7 (link)
  6. Akeem Spence: 50.1 (link)
The kicker would be Beau Allen returning to full health. In 2019, he graded out at 72.6. He'd be our best interior DL. Assuming Guy & Butler are out, Allen, Anderson, and Godchaux would improve our run defense by quite a bit.
