I stumbled upon a really irritating thing today that my (new) Outlook has never done before.
I was trying to email a meeting agenda to some colleagues on our Costco team.
The email address is just Costco@PRFirm.com. My main point of contact at the client is Jimmy@Costco.com.
When I type in Costco it used to bring up the internal email group and I'd just hit tab and it would populate.
Suddenly, though, when I hit tab, it is defaulting to Jimmy@Costco.com.
This is really irritating me and I can't figure out how to make it so my client's email isn't the email address that it reverts to. The only thing I could discern from Googling this issue is I can basically remove Jimmy@Costco as an option for autofill, but I don't want to lose that autofill when I need to email Jimmy. Is there a setting I'm missing somewhere? Why if I type in a company name would it think I want to only email Jimmy? Jimmy is not the only person I email at Costco, but they are the person I email the most.
